If The Fonz was the only baby ever born in leather diapers, then I was the only photographer born in digital diapers. Fascinated by computers and technology since laying hands on my Commodore 64, I grew up building, breaking, and repairing my own computer systems. What set me apart from the other nerds, is that I’m equally fascinated by the creative process.

In college, I developed such a reputation among my professors for being «that nerd who fixes problems in class» that just as I was about to graduate, the dean of the department asked me to apply for their lead IT opening. I spent the next six years overhauling and modernizing four computer labs, the server back-​end, and all the staff & faculty computers.

Today I’m a full time photographer doing the IT for myself, and I love helping other photographers get their digital lives organized.
