With well over a decade of professional massage experience, I continue to deepen my knowledge and presence in bodywork, weaving deep tissue, acupressure, trigger point therapy, foot reflexology, and Swedish massage, holding an insatiable curiosity for how all systems of the body overlap. I tailor every session to meet your needs, every time. I bring you many years of experience facilitating people’s recovery from acute and chronic pains, helping them develop strength and fullness of life in face of disease and trauma, and aiding the process of relaxation and letting-​go. I am here to serve you.

History

Established in 2003.

From the time I was a young girl, I would set up a beach towel on the living room floor, turn on a cassette tape of ocean waves, and massage my sisters to that soundtrack! This is before I knew that professional massage therapy existed! .

Since then, I have been blessed to take over 1500 hours of training and massage thousands of people in countless walks of life. Many of my years were in clinical experience helping patients heal from accidents and falls, in aiding those living with PTSD (due to war, domestic abuse, other traumas of life), in massaging people craving more fullness of life in face of chronic and acute pains and/​or everyday life stresses.
