Description

Specialties

We specialize in weekly lunch and breakfast specials as well as providing some of our house favorites like the Turkey Meatball Sandwich (cabernet marinara, provolone cheese, pepperoncini, fresh basil & grated parmesan) and our Butt King Tacos (thai-curry pulled pork butt, asian slaw, cilantro, scallion, red jalapeño & pepperoncini aioli). Our mission is to provide our customers with flavorful and carefully sourced foods.

Please check out our website for additional food descriptions and pictures of our menu — www.eatletruc.com.

History

Established in 2010.

le truc was started in Feb 2010 by two local entrepreneurs looking to help consumers access great tasting flavorful food options every day — at a price point that does not break the bank. le truc was created to bridge the gap between the growing street food industry and brick-and-mortar restaurants — we are unique in that we have the ability to move from location to location but provide our customers with the sit down dine-in experience they are accustomed to. le truc is truly the «ultimate chef’s table» and the best part is you do not need a reservation!

Since our inception we have pushed ourselves to provide fresh seasonal menus that showcase a variety of flavors and food types. Due to the size of the bus we were able to install a larger kitchen than what is standard for our industry, thus we have the ability to provide our customers with a sizable menu. We classify ourselves as an American Bistro serving up delicious burgers, artisanal sandwiches, tacos, salads and desserts.
