Rude woman answered the phone, sounded like I was disturbing her. Must be a home business, because she didn’t even answer with the business name. Anyway, I asked if I could buy parts from her, she said no. I started to ask if she knew anyone who sold parts and she hung up on me! So, I recommend Bass Security in Bedford Heights if you need parts or a locksmith. Definitely NOT these folks.
