Jo Ann’s Home Solutions

Their customer service is beyond horrible. I tried calling numerous times leaving my phone number and I never got a call back. They clean my house and it was by far only a subpar job I was in a pinch and I really needed my house cleaned and it was okay for the price. But I still found dust on numerous items and ended up having to go through after they left and sort of dust again which you definitely should not do after cleaning people just supposedly cleaned your house and paid them. There are so many cleaning companies out there do not use these people that is you and if you can get a hold of them which I’m pretty sure that you cannot because they never return phone calls.

Horrible Company. Their customer service is severely lacking and the people they hire are less than desirable. There is no follow through and after almost a year we have given up — we should have done it sooner!

As others have mentioned, Jo Ann truly provides HORRIBLE service and I can honestly say that Jo Ann’s Home Solutions is one of the most disappointing service providers I’ve ever dealt with. After an initial in-​home consultation with the owner herself, I felt confident that Jo Ann and her team would provide a high quality cleaning service.
However, the service we received was subpar, at best. At least half the time someone was scheduled to show up, they were a no show. And, as others have mentioned, when someone actually did show up, it appeared as though no one had even been in the house. The bathrooms didn’t appear to have been cleaned at all — soap scum on the shower, residue on the faucets and counter tops, and spots on the mirrors. Our wooden floors were left streaky. In the kitchen, the stove top burners were never lifted and cleaned under, and the countertops were dirtier than when we left the house in the morning. The only evidence that anyone had been in the house at all, were a few haphazard vacuum marks.
When I brought it to the attention of Jo Ann and explained my dissatisfaction, I was told that «the vacuum broke.» Seriously!!! No offer to fix the problem, no discounted rate, nothing. I WOULD NOT recommend Jo Ann’s Home Solutions to anyone.

Unfortunately, working with Joann was a pretty terrible experience. Joann and her people were abysmal at communicating, misplaced our credit card information, showed up at our house unexpected, and didn’t really seem to care or want to rectify the situation.

Joanns home solutions were hired to perform complete cleaning services and outside window cleaning services. They completed one part of the service but did not provide window cleaning services. Since we were out of town my aging in laws did not have the wherewithal to ask for a receipt and none was provided. They Billed us for both services. On speaking with one of their reps, they agreed to refund the money and ofcourse it was never done. Now we have to dispute the charge. Their cleaning itself was very mediocre and I would not recommend this company.

When I came home from work, there was no clean home feeling that you get when your house is cleaned properly. Our shower had scum under the shampoo bottles, they were never cleaned under. There was soap residue on the faucet in the master bathroom and spots on the mirrors. The mopping that was done on our wooden floors did not even remove the water spots from our dogs drinking water. In the kitchen, the metal rings on the stove were never even lifted and cleaned around the burners.
I would never use them again either. After their Groupon promotion, I think they got way over-​booked. Our cleaner was late to begin with, then did a horrible job cleaning the house. We keep our house very clean, nothing like ‘a hoarder’s home’ like the owner blamed the previous reviewer. We live in a very nice development and take great care of our home. My wife is 8 months pregnant and we needed some extra help cleaning the house.
In 3 hours she vacuumed three rooms upstairs, dusted and cleaned 2 bathrooms. She mopped downstairs, cleaned the kitchen and dusted in the last 2 hours.
After she left and I came home, my wife and I discussed the job, which was horrible. We decided we would call the company, explain the oor quality of the job and give them an opportunity to make it right. Turns our our cleaner had just ben doing this for a month, and was obviously never properly trained. We were told we would get a call back the next day from someone who could make a decision about what to do.
Never got a call back. We called them, they said no one was there who could help us, but someone would call back. Another day later, no call back. We tried calling and now, no one is answering our calls.
I decided to take the time to warn others to save their money and spend it elsewhere; it is one thing to have a job done poorly, but another to not stand behind it and make it right.
