Unprofessional in many ways. I understand well these are difficult situations, but perhaps staff, mostly Russ, should be trained about sensitivity matters and the use of black humor. That said, it is even odd to write a Unilocal review of such an experience. Odder still that we do these things. Not recommended if you do not like people who are ill-​equipped to deal with other humans.
