Unfortunately, after a decade of doing business together, Eagle Tax has proven they do not have what it takes to keep a long time customer. Due to miscalculating my previous years taxes, I was fined by the city for overdue taxes. Eagle Tax stated they would cover the penalties, which would be acceptable, only I have not been able to get them to return my call and the Tax Dept. has never received anything from them either. A BIG disappointment. Not only am I already out a lot of time and money, but now I have to find a new accountant that I can trust. Thanks Eagle Tax Service.
