Our experience at this dealership was horrible. We test drove a used Escalade and offered them a thousand dollars less than what they had it listed for. The manager came to us and said they could not take our offer and that it must «just be about the money with us». I was never so humiliated in my life, left and would never go back!
The best part is that I wrote a review on their website but they never posted it. I hope consumers read this review before they waste their money and time going here.

After months of fixing our son’s car, it took a phone call and speaking directly with Bob Johnson to get results. The Master Mechanic was the one that finally found the issue. Lesson learned. Ask for Master Mechanic to check out your car he is great. Thank you for addressing our issue.

This sales manager is delusional about the value of his used cars that he buys at auction. Don’t waste your time here folks… I wasted a couple days of my time. Extremely disappointed. Salesman was very good, but the bottom line manager was not. Would love to have written them a check today for a big pile of money and ended my car search. Steer clear unless you love the advertised premium prices.

Shady dealer with even shadier practices. Took attorney general to step in and clear up the mess these guys made. They couldn’t simply process a lease to purchase. Look for another dealership.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Dave Towell Cadillac Saab. The agent with whom I dealt was Bill Woods. The service I was provided was top notch, communication excellent. I even had an issue with one of the parts not being as advertised. I was immediately recompensed the new part price. As I am inexperienced in the car purchase area, Bill and the dealership were patient with and tolerant of my ineptitudes. I can highly recommend Bill Woods and Dave Towell Cadillac Saab as reputable.
