Dr Cook is a great dentist. My family loves him.
We hate his receptionist. She is one of those people that gets just a little power and YIKES. No one talks to my grandmother like she’s a vegetable. Just this woman. I find it infuriating. If he would get rid of her, he would easily get 5 stars.
