Every time I’ve visited this spa, I’ve wait had to wait at least 20 minutes for my appointment. No explanation or apology. Manicures and pedicures are overpriced. You don’t get anything more here than at a cheap nail salon. After my last pedicure before my spring vacation, the esthetician put oil on my toes and wrapped my feet in plastic so that I could wear my boots when leaving the spa(I’ve had this done in other spas). Unfortunately, this esthetician didn’t check to see if my nails were dry enough. At home, my nail polish came right off along with the plastic wrap. What a waste of $ 50. If you want natural looking hair color, don’t bother with the colorists here. I learned the hard way. The estheticians doing waxing are okay, but the spa needs better hygienic practices.

This day spa touts itself as a paradise. Not exactly. There are no lockers, you have to lug your stuff everywhere with you from treatment to treatment. There is no relaxation room with lounge chairs to relax after a massage or body treatment. The waiting room is up front where anyone entering or leaving sees you sitting in a waiting room chair. Yuk. On the positive side — the facial was amazing and the best Ive ever had! Hope they change a few things!

I have had a couple of massages here and they are quite nice. I had a deep tissue massage that was unbelievable. I thought I had experienced deep tissue massages before, but this was truly deep. I called one Saturday morning to request an appointment as I could barely turn my head – stress related. They managed to work me in on a Saturday which was awesome. I had full range of motion when I left. The manicure that I had was great – it lasted over a week thanks to the tips I was given. Staff is always pleasant.

Just ok. It seems that organization of schedule and prompt management need some work. The spa does offer nice amenities with their coffee/tea/snack station before or after your service, but there are no showers or amenities for after a massage. You must either leave with your hair crazy or have a beauty expert wash and style your hair for you which is an extra cost and extra time on your schedule. I was taken into the first part of my appointment, the hydrotherapy bath, a full 20 minutes late causing the rest of my scheduled appointments to suffer and causing me to have to rush from service to service. The massage I received was alright. Nothing spectacular. Deep tissue that ended up being more like swedish. The hydrotherapy tub squirted water all over my shoes. I was not given sandals or flip-flops until half-way through my treatments. I wanted it to be great, but it was passable. I am getting weary of paying top dollar for services that don’t deliver.
