Ginnie O’s Dog Grooming and Boarding

I took my dog here twice and never again. The second time, they «tried» to call me to notify that my dog’s shampoo etc was complete but they didn’t dial the number correctly (I have an out of state area code which was clearly written out). They left a voicemail with a stranger. I called to check on my dogs status fifteen minutes before she was supposed to be done. No answer. I called at the time she was supposed to be done. No answer. When I showed up anyway, my dog had been done for almost a full hour. I was trying to pay so I could get out of there, but after I gave the lady my card, she took a call and disappeared to the back. In the time it took her to finish the call and come back to the front, my dog urinated on the mat. For which she charged me. That was the last straw. I wasn’t impressed with their operation or treatment of my dog and charging me when she urinated because they had kept her an hour after she was done without telling me was unacceptable.

I took my elderly dog there and specified that he has high anxiety and cannot stay long. He was only there for an hour and a 30 minutes and they called me right away to come and get him. They did a wonderful job on his cut and were very reasonable in price. Ginnie seemed very knowledgeable in grooming and taking care of my little pooch so I felt very comfortable leaving him there. I will definitely be going back again! I wish they had an area of grass to let him outside when leaving but you can’t have everything…

Great grooming at a great price. Boarded my dogs there once too and they seemed very happy and well taken care of.

Ginnie O’s is the only groomer I trust! My dog peaches is very old and does not like to be groomed, but she trusts Ginnie. Ginnie has a new groomer in her shop that was able to groom peaches too! I was shocked, they’re all so gentle and caring. My baby always comes home looking great and smelling amazing. Price have never increased and she is very reasonable! Wouldn’t go anywhere else

My terri-​poo goes here every time he «poodles» out and they do an awesome job, for a very low price. They genuinely care for the dogs and are really nice to deal with. When the owner heard me complain of my dog smelling like dog, she gave me a bottle of spray which was much appreciated. We have also boarded him various times and have had a good experience. We learned they allow the friendly ones to roam around when we were informed of their lunch our dog ate off the table. Overall, the owner is just a happy lady and we’ve had consistent pleasant experiences.

I do not recommend this place. I took my dog there for boarding for a week. When I dropped him off, I was assured that I could call and check in on him if I wanted. I called 3 times, never reached anyone and no one returned my call. I also asked that he be bathed before I picked him up, and he was not. They’re inexpensive, but there’s a reason why.
