Place your clothes in the nylon bag we provide for you

We’ll visit your home or business for the pickup. If you’re home, we’ll ring your bell and you can give us the items, if you’re not, we can set up a specific drop location. You don’t have to be at home!

We’ll take your belongings, clean them, and have them back to you in 3 days. That’s all there is to it!

History

Established in 1940.

dry cleaning have been my family’s business for more than 70 years, and across three generations. The family started a wholesale cash-​and-​carry laundry service, employing more than 125 laundry workers, horse and buggy drivers, and mechanics.

At that time, the cleaning service cost as little as 16 cents! The washing machines of the day often weighed more than 1000 pounds, and could handle more than 100 pounds of laundry per load. We were also one of the first companies to be able to offer 1-​hour cleaning services, which was called martinizing.

Our delivery service was much different than it is today. All of our delivery men rode on horse-​and-​buggy carts, and everything was wrapped in paper rather than resting on a hanger.

My Family

My father Hymi and my grandfather Abe ran that original factory, eventually expanding throughout Manhattan and the Bronx.

Over the years, our stores have gone by many names, but the quality and commitment to service have always stayed the same!
