Re-​Fresh has some interesting items. I bought a bracelet. The bracelet had functional issues. I returned the bracelet. (1) Return policy is credit only. (2) The store is small, so it is difficult using the credit. After several months, and attempts to find another item, I bought the bracelet again. Same problem and still not pleased.
The Aiken downtown emphasis on ‘Buy Local’ should be contrasted with department stores which typically do not create problems (1) and (2).
