Specialties
If local food is what you are looking for, you’ve found it. We are a small Weston A Price specialized natural market and bakery featuring our own fermented breads starting with the grain. We carry a variety of locally pastured meats including beef, chicken, and pork, and are proud to carry yummy South Carolina Raw Jersey milk. (Nubian Raw Goat milk when available.) Our eggs come from local farms with happy chickens living outside free to eat grass and scratch in the dirt. We have lots of WAPFer things too — like fermented cod liver oil. We support pregnant mothers to be as well as our nursing moms. Kids like us too.
You can dine in our out with our store made soups, salads, and sandwiches, featuring broths from our slow roasted meats. Bakery items are all made with whole ingredients free of chemicals and pesticides. You can taste the difference!
Tastes really good, and reasonably priced.
History
Established in 2009.
We wanted a restaurant/store we could feel good about. Decided to open our version of that. Based of the information taught thru the Weston A Price Foundation.
