We are unique in that YOU create and order your Low Country Boil to include the shrimp or shellfish that you prefer. Whether we include coastal shrimp, snow crab legs, sea scallops, blue crab, or clams, we have a large selection that everyone will love!

History

Established in 2008.

What started out as a love for fresh seafood and a father-​son partnership 6 years ago, has grown into a successful business where quality, value and customer service are paramount. With that in mind, JC’s Seafood has expanded their operation to include Seafood and Oyster Roast Catering.



Our Low Country Boil, or Beaufort Stew, has become well-​known as one of the most delicious southern favorites in the CSRA. After offering it as only a take-​out dinner, John and Chris Hyder began offering catering of their signature dish due to the request of persistent customers.

Our delicious seafood, coupled with exceptional customer service, will continue to be the key ingredients for our success.

The idea for JC’s Seafood emerged out of our family’s love for fresh seafood and the coastal atmosphere and attitude that we have experienced for years. We thought that since we live in an area that is so close to the coast, there were probably others that felt the same way.
