This place is absolutely amazing! My sister shattered her iPhone screen, so we needed to find a place that would fix her screen immediately. When we arrived, Chris automatically greeted us and explained the solution to our problem. Chris was extremely fast with fixing my sister’s phone; he finished in 15 minutes! If you ever need any assistance with iPhone issues, I definitely recommend Chris at Tech Armor in Pearlridge! The service was fast and excellent, and totally worth it!

Let me start by saying if you have an iPhone, do NOT waste your time at Apple — if you need it repaired go to Tech Armor. My daughter dropped and cracked her iphone 6 right before Christmas, we had an appointment at Apple — this is the second time I have dealt with Apple on a repair item — lesson learned here for sure. After wasting HOURS they could not fix it — took it to Tech Armor right by McDonald’s at Ala Moana lower level, FIFTEEN MINUTES people, while we sat there and watched! FIFTEEN!!! Seriously? And I wasted HOURS at Apple! These guys are AWESOME! Customer Service is great, they responded to me on Unilocal within minutes when I asked a question too. I was seriously impressed and will tell everyone about the awesome job they did! Thank you!

The owner Justin was amazing he fix my phone with no issues after my screen turn white with black stripes he was really understand and did what he could to make sure I left there a happy customer would definitely recommend him with no hesitation.

Brought in my iPhone for repair. The battery blew up and popped the screen off. The technician, Austin changed the battery and reinstalled the screen in 15 min. Price was very reasonable. If you’re near the Pearl Ridge area, this is good place to check out.

My dog was chewing my phone wallet case and chewed through it and cracked my screen! The top corner was cracked and shattered and made a long line towards the bottom of the screen. My phone could turn on & it worked, but there were vertical multicolored lines across the screen and the top half couldn’t read my touch, so it was pretty much having a worthless phone. I didn’t have warranty on my phone, so I Unilocaled for a good iPhone repair shop and came across Tech Armor. After work I walked up to the booth and Chris helped me right away. To repair my phone and replace the screen was $ 150. He fixed my phone in 15 minutes and it looked good as new! I also like the tempered glass screen protector that he suggested too. Chris was very nice and helpful. If ever so happen my phone breaks again, this will be my go to place for sure! Awesome quick service!

Great place to get your phone fixed! No hassles and they are quick and knowledgable! We had my daughter’s phone fixed THREE times there… yes 3! I told them they should have a frequent customer card… haha!

Man these guys are life savers, I remember when they had a small little kiosk and now they starting to upgrade soon enough they should have there own store! Thanks again for the help Chris my phone looks like new and I didn’t have to go get my phone replaced. Came here after reading all the good reviews on Unilocal.
Had Austin as my tech and he installed the new screen within 10 minutes for 150 bucks (157 w/​tax). After playing w/​my brand new looking phone, I realized that my home button is clickin extra louder (just imagine pushing an xbox controller button); I’ve had iPhones all my life and have an iPad so I know there was an issue. I came back for it to get fixed and he tried fixing it for an hour and a half. It seems as if the rubber that holds the home button together was not properly placed. Also, the mall security guard didn’t have any rounds to do for an hour and a half I was there and kept on trying to make conversations with the technician– I assume that’s why he lost focus a couple of times.
After suggesting another alternative to resolve the issue, Austin finally called his manager Justin (who is very personable) to help with my complains and after the long wait, I have yet to come back and get my phone re-​fixed.
In addition, I have realized that a quarter of my camera lens is covered; I have added a photo as well– the screen itself is obviously not installed properly.
What a stressful day to get my phone fixed. I came to get my screen fixed and came back with a loud clickin home button and a quarter-​covered camera lens.
This is very inconvenient; an hour and a half wait, gas to go back to the mall and maybe more wait time tomorrow. Whyyyyy?! I should have just came to Apple, but it’s too late now. I’m hoping the manager Justin will be able to fix my phone as promised.
All in all, I advice other Unilocalers to go to apple for iPhone issues and avoid such a nightmare.

Aug 24; the next day my phone was fixed to how it’s supposed to be. Took almost two hours; the button is working (it’s hard to push because it was re“glued”) but the screen was off still and Justin had to re-​do it. How inconvenient. He gave me a $ 20 off but seriously, for all the things I have missed from waiting an hr and a half the day before and two hours the next day, it was an insult. Justin even re-​iterated it as if I should be thankful he’s fixing an issue that didn’t occur until I came to them.
I cannot recommend this place even for customer service; if great customer service means, doing your job and getting paid for it, then as a customer, we should set a higher standard.

Never thought it would happen to me, but I finally dropped my phone from seriously five inches from the ground and my screen shattered. I thought I could live with it but then my phone started typing without even touching it.
If you’re near frugal like me and want to get a job done well for the money you don’t want to spend, go to Justin and the guys at Tech Armor. The owner does it himself, he knows his stuff, you can rest knowing he’ll do a great job. Plus, he replaced my screen in 20 minutes!

Needed to get my iPad 2 fixed, so my sister in law insisted we go here because she had to fix my nieces iPad mini.
We were helped by Justin. He was very friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend this place! Excellent service and excellent quality work!

Tech Armor at Pearlridge is the BEST! I repaired two iPads here, an iPad 2 and a mini iPad. My iPad2 was very damaged as one corner landed on concrete ground very hard, the screen shattered and frame also looked quite damaged. We didn’t think it was possible to even repair it. Justin at Tech Armor at Pearlridge replaced the screen and also tried to straighten out the frame. He finished the job within a few hours. Now I got my iPad2 back, looking nice and working well. My son is happily using it again (but this time with a super thick rubber case plus a tempered glass over the screen!) Justin was very friendly and courteous. Great service at this location. I highly recommend it.

This place is FANTASTIC!!! My daughter dropped my iPhone 6 plus and shattered the screen. I stopped in this morning as they were literally uncovering the kiosk to open. Not only did they help me right away, but it took MAYBE 15 minutes!!!

I had a problem with my iPhone 6S charging and came here. Justin took it apart, did a test of the charging port and found that was the problem. He didn’t have any onhand, but sent me off to the Ala Moana store, where it was fixed in under an hour. They even fixed a microphone problem that I was having in the process. Additionally, Justin took the time to clean out some of the salt corrosion that had worked its way into the casing, perhaps preventing future problems.

Justin is the best! Honest and friendly, was missing the part to fix our iPhone (would cost 100 bucks) but he gave us a quick temporary fix for free! Thanks so much.

Justin is amazing!!! My screen cracked while I was at the gym last night and I took it to Tech Armor the next day. Within 20 minutes my phone was like brand new! So happy and relieved to have found this place. Tried to leave Justin a tip for his awesome service but said he would rather me write a review, so here it is! Go to these guys if you need your phone fixed! You won’t regret it, I promise!

Tech Armor at Pearl Ridge has great service and very prompt repair.
I needed a battery replacement for an old iPhone 4S to keep it active for a few more years. Justin took care of this within minutes and was very friendly and courteous while my wife and I waited.
This old phone now needs a phone jack replacement and I will be dropping by to take care of this as well.
BTW — There’s a similar shop where I live in Mililani, but the repairs/​services are way deeper in cost.

My iPhone 6 plus was bend and the screen pop out a little. so I took it to Ala Moana Apple store. They want to charged $ 379 for a replacement phone. The customer service person was very rude, and not helpful at all. I bring my phone to Tech Armor. For only $ 20, my phone went to back to normal. Awesome service and 5 stars quality, recommend to everyone!
P. S. really disappoint about APPLE store! They could have at least try to fix it. Very bad customer service personal too.

Panic! When my wife’s mini iPad fell and the screen cracked, we were so concerned. We had heard about the length of time it takes to get a screen repaired and were worried. We use the iPad constantly.
I remembered Tech Armor at Pearlridge fixed my iPhone a few months ago and vaguely recalled they also repaired iPads.
I went down to visit them leaving work early around 4:30pm. The person who helped me was a young gentleman who was courteous and polite asking me to wait while he gave his full attention to another customer he was finishing up with. He took excellent care of her helping her out with sincerity and aplomb. I was impressed so I waited thinking maybe I should find somewhere else to get my iPad’s screen replaced.
However, listening to him give his customer such good and honest service I decided to wait till he finished.
When he finally got started with me, he was confident, professional, and as I had seen, considerate and helpful answering all my questions. He asked me to wait for about an hour and a half and he would get it done.
This young man actually called me about 4O minutes later and my iPad was fixed. The workmanship is excellent and I feel confident about this person’s and Tech Armor’s level of service and quality work.
