Aloha, my name is Travis and I am the owner of Sprinkler Pro. After graduating college i had a choice to make, take a great job offer and become part of corporate America or return home and help my family’s growing landscape business. I chose the latter and now 10 years later, I bring to you Sprinkler Pro; Hawaii’s first choice in sprinkler repair, installs and troubleshooting (and yes we offer landscaping services too). I also will be able to provide an audit of your sprinkler system and tell you ways to cut costs and save water. Travis helped fix my sprinkler system in Mililani in July. He determined I had a bad solenoid. I wasn’t at the house during the service call, so he sent me photos of the system. I decided to replace all 4 solenoids while he was doing the repair work. Very friendly and professional with very good rates. I highly recommend him for any sprinkler work needed.

First, let me say I rely on Unilocal frequently to screen restaurants and businesses b4 choosing/​making a decision. Have been
a heavy consumer of Unilocal reviews for a while now. But now I feel compelled to get off the sidelines and to actually write my 2nd review (1st one was for their sister company actually, Total Landscape Management). Background info: in process of selling house and needed to get my sprinkler system (and yard) squared away-​problems w/​old system (wouldn’t shut off/​leaking/​non-​functioning, etc.). Kekoa A., mgr there, did a really professional grade job on my repairs/​replacement of antiquated parts. He even rerouted a section of piping that was awkwardly placed near my fence door to a more secure, logical location. Kekoa also did a nice job as well doing walk-​through/​inspection after work was done and explaining clearly what was done along with any recommendations/​advice. Along with their sister landscaping company, would definitely swing business their way for the great job they did on my house.

SprinklerPro to the rescue. I called for the gushing stream in my front yard. He answered the phone. He came within 30 minutes (he was already on the West side) located the break and fixed it within a couple hours. Really you can’t ask for much more. His fees were very reasonable and he was patient with me when I lost her emailed invoice.

After having a rock wall built, we had several broken sprinkler heads which needed to be replaced and several heads that needed to be capped or repositioned around the wall. Travis finished a small repair job last month for my sister which she was happy with, so I called him to see what he could do for my situation. Travis came out to inspect the site and provided us with a reasonable quote for the repairs and scheduled us for work within a week of the inspection. The repairs were completed as quoted and our yard is now back to full coverage irrigation. I’m so glad I don’t have to pull out the water hose anymore! Mahalo!

Travis and his crew are very professional and friendly. They came out about a year ago to do some irrigation work. They were fast and got the job done. About a year later I noticed one of my brand new valves was not turning off, so I called Travis. Being the professional he is, he promptly came to my property diagnosed and troubleshooted my issue.
Solution: Travis is replacing my valve at no charge.
I’ve called other companies to do my irrigation but almost half of them were rude or did not answer my calls. If you want quality work, I highly suggest you call Travis!

This review is for my vacation house on Oahu. I called Sprinkler Pro 6⁄26 for a brand new irrigation system because three sprinkler part stores recommended him by name (Hisco, Pacific Pipe and John Deere Lanscaping formerly Diamond Head Sprinklers). Travis came in and within a day had the estimate delivered for my review. I liked him from the beginning. He explained clearly to me his design details in an area that I knew anything about. It’s clear why he comes so highly recommended.
Watching his crew was like watching a well oiled machine. In and out, clean and courteous. 7 different zones in a day and a half. Amazing experience, cannot be happier!

Do not waste your time with this company. They don’t follow through with appointments and don’t return your phone calls. I called numerous times and nothing has happened. This company is very unprofessional.
Currently looking into other options for sprinkler repair. I’ll report on a recommendation that actually calls you back and follows through a.k.a. professionals.

My Mom had some issues with her sprinkler system spewing a lot of water and called me during work. Since I was unable to leave I checked Unilocal to see who was in the Aiea /​Pearl City area and Travis said although they were busy he would stop by and check it out. He arrived on time and was able to trouble shoot the root of the problem quickly.
Travis told my elderly Mom that it was a simple fix and it was due to the recent «rolling» power outage that made the system malfunction. He reset the gci on the plug and rechecked the sprinkler lines to ensure they worked properly. He charged her a very small fee and I am thankful that he did not take advantage of the situation. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Travis for any of your sprinkler needs.

We had a leaking sprinkler and needed to get it fixed fast. I called several companies that night, but Travis was the only one that picked up the phone. The others didn’t even call me back. I explained the situation, he said he could come out the next day and even advised a temporary fix for the night. We were able to do a temporary shut off and we scheduled a date for a repair and other changes to the system. He made some good fixes to our old system and even told me about some things that were missing. Great service, honest and reliable. I believe he said this is a second generation company, so they’ve been doing this for some time. From their pics, it looks like they also did work at Central Union Church Preschool, so that’s a plus.

I contacted Sprinkler Pro to give me a quote to install a drip system for my vegetable garden and potted plants. Although their price came in higher than the other landscaping companies, I felt the estimator explained in detail exactly what I was paying for and the reason for installing each component. They came in and installed the drip system in a day and cleaned up the work area after they finished. Already my coworker and friend contacted them for service. Thank you Sprinkler Pro! Would use him again.
Most importantly., I firmly believe you get what you pay for. Trustworthy person around my home.

Sprinkler Pro came in and did a regular diagnostic check and inspection on my aging sprinkler system. The owner, Travis, personally met with me and pointed out the issues and presented a plan of correctly repairing them in a timely and cost effective way. He was also able to find breaks and leaky sprinkler heads that my regular (Big Company) gardeners couldn’t. The money I could have saved only if I found Sprinkler Pro earlier! Would recommend to all my family and friends. 5 STARS!

After a bad experience with another local sprinkler company, I called on this one to correct poor repairs and they did a very professional job and charge was much less than first company. Since then have used them twice for service and I am very happy with their quick response, professionalism, and fair pricing.
