Our gourmet butter mochi is handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality. It is unlike any other butter mochi across the islands in both texture and flavor. It is a moist, fluffy, delicately sticky cake complimented with a delicious crust. We bake our butter mochi in muffin form and bake various fillings into the muffin, as well as infuse the batter itself with different flavors. We use fresh, local ingredients– no artificial flavors or preservatives. Our butter mochi comes in a variety of flavors inspired by hawaii’s fusion of cultures.
