Maid Pro Aiea

I bought the Maid Pro Aiea Living Social Deal for a home cleaning. We were getting married in the middle of May and thought that it would be nice to have someone clean the house prior to all of the family getting here. I made an appointment at 0900 on May 2^nd, but no one showed up. I left two messages at the main number at 0905 and 0930 with my name, contact information and appointment info. At 1047, I received an e-​mail back stating that the «service provider» was running late. At noon, the service provider called and said that she had wrong number. I remember when I made the initial appointment that they repeated all of my contact information back to me, plus I had left the two messages. The service provider said that she could probably make it around 1530, needless to say I canceled. I called multiple times after this to try and speak with a manager and get my money back. I received one call back out of all of the times that I called but could never get through to anyone, just the answering machine when I called back. I finally got to speak to someone on May 23^rd. This person was extremely curt on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager, and they told me that a manager could call me back. I never received a call back and ended up calling Living Social and reporting the issue. Living Social could not give me a full refund, only a credit towards their site. All in all, Maid Pro Aiea had horrible customer service and appeared to not care about their customers at all. I was extremely disappointed that I wasted my money on them.
