I came here once to ask about my new car and if i needed to service it, and they told me i was good before i could even think about making unnecessary spending decisions. With that in mind i came back today knowing it was about that time for service. As soon as i came through the door the lady at the counter acknowledged me and walked around the register to help with any question i had. She is very plesent to talk with. She brought me out side to talk to a mechanic and he was very knowledgeable and didnt force opinions on me of what he thinks I should do. I feel very comfortable bringing my car here knowing that they to are STI enthusiasts. I salute you Flagship!

Stopped in for a safety inspection earlier today. I’m sure that I picked the best time to stop in as there was no one else there. Was greeted right away, directed to the waiting area, and when I asked about how long, the guy said about 20 min. To my pleasant surprise, I was in and out in exactly 10 minutes! Friendly, efficient, and quick service! This will definitely be my new go-​to place and I recommend to everyone!

This place is super quick! No wait and took literally 15 minutes for my oil change. I recommend for people that don’t have time to waste the day at a service station.

Went here today for a safety check at about 4:30p on a Wednesday. Being that it is close to the end of the month, I thought it may be crowded with people trying to get their safety checks done, but there were only two cars in front of me. Still, the wait time was only 20 minutes. Service is first come first serve 9a-​6p. You just pull up to the service bay and someone will come to help you. The safety check guy is off on Wednesdays and Saturdays, any other day you can take your car in before 6p and get a safety check. Customer service was good. This will be my new place.

This place is awesome — the service is friendly, professional and FAST!!! I just had my safety inspection done and not only did they happily install the plate for my safety sticker for me, they even Goo-Gone’d my old sticker off of the bumper! Class act, all the way.

Awesome service! I went in and talked to the cashier and explained what I wanted them to check. She tells me to pull my truck up to the front and before I even park, a girl came out with a tester to check out my battery. Turns out my battery was fine and all I needed was some new terminals. They cleaned up the battery, changed the terminals and retested the battery to make sure everything was good. Done in about half an hour. I’m definitely considering giving them more business!

Got a safety check on my lifted truck, manager that drives the sweet blue rex was a cool guy and super helpful… I’ll definitely be back.

Clearly a facility that has learned to use every angle to squeeze extra services that may not be warranted, squeezing at the expense of gaining trust and repeat business.
My experience was similar to another customer who wrote about safety check. My safety check took over an hour, having one other car waiting for the same. I was called and told my car was done and ready for pickup. Feeling suspicious, I asked to speak to the technician, who then said the car did not pass inspection because wipers were defective. I had just replaced them in preparation for the rainy season in November, so I found this very hard to believe. The safety check was no refund, even if you fail. I was told it would pass if I purchased new wipers from them. Feeling like I was held hostage to purchase a new set of wipers at a 30% premium, I had no choice but to purchase them in order not to have my time and money wasted .
You want service don’t go here. Last year I had my safety check done at Yajimas in town. The mechanic told me my sticker expired, did a quick once over, and told me my car wouldn’t pass without new tires. He told me to come back with new tires if I wanted him to do the safety check. No expense here, no fish in no refund on safety check if you fail discussion. Simply great customer service by a shop that cared.
Needles to say I got my tires, returned to Yajimas for a full car wash and safety check. The mechanic neatly removed the old stickers and placed the new on on, not over the old one.
I hope the young staff at this shop reads this and learns the difference between doing the right thing vs. hiding behind policy and doing things right. I’m sure they were trained to treat customers this way as a means to generate revenue. Bad move. You may have made $ 6 on the wipers, but lost a customer for life, and another 10 others that I will personally advise not to partake in their services.
I support small business, and celebrate in their efforts to be better than chains or big box institutions. Unfortunately this small business too closely resembles a chain, aka jiffy lube. I expected more, like the mechanic from Yajimas, who took the time to save me the expense of failing the safety check. For that, I wash my cars there multiple times per month. They created a long time customer.
I hope the staff here learns that doing the right thing pays dividends. This lesson is over.

Professional and Courteous Service… No appointment necessary for Safety Checks… Convenient location right below the Aiea Shopping Center with easy in and out access. This is now my go to Auto Services shop…

I always have a great experience coming here and recommend their services to everyone. It is always fast and quick even when I don’t have an appointment. I love the new remodeling of the inside lobby. They always have great customer service and I leave satisfied every single time. I love using them to get work done on my car. Not sure about the other locations but this one across from Wendy’s is fantastic!

I had an expired safety check and traffic was horrendous that day for some odd reason. I left Halawa Valley about 400 pm and was trying to make my way over to the Shell station by 430pm. Typically this would be a 10 minute drive but not that day. It was 430pm and I was still stuck in traffic. I Unilocaled safety inspection and I was only a few blocks away from these guys. I called them and they said get here by 600pm. Everyone else closed at 400 or 430. I made it there and decided to have them change my oil as well. They were very nice and accommodating. No one snd I mean no one does safety checks until 600pm. Not sure if this was a fluke closing at 600pm hut they made my day. They didn’t push anything whatsoever, 20 minutes total time and explained what they did. Great service!!!

It was 15 minutes for oil and filter change, comfortable waiting area, coffee offered and friendly staff. And they remember you from last visit. I brought in a older car, of course I know it needs work, they made service recommendations but weren’t pushy at all. Great service!

Amazing! I pulled up and hadn’t even turned my car off to walk in before a super friendly worker came up to me. I asked for an oil change, and was told it would be about 30 minutes. So I sat in the decent waiting room with some friendly folks and about 20 minutes later, it was ready! They did tell me I needed quite a few things to fix up my car, but didn’t push me into anything. I even got a military discount. This was the friendliest service and easiest oil change I’ve ever had in my life! I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I love this place. Everyone is always so polite and friendly. The people who work here are real with you and if you ask them personally if you REALLY new the «suggested service,» they will be honest with you.
I have never waited more than 45 minutes here and they vacuum your car, fill up your tires, and all the good stuff. I drive from town to go here as the waiting room is nice with a TV and magazines.

I’m a girl and I hate taking my car in for anything! The guys usually make me feel like a complete dork who knows nothing about cars at all. Not here! The guys are all super friendly. There is a small room with a TV and magazines for you to wait in. I usually get my oil changed here and it is one of the fastest I’ve ever been to. In and out in around 10 – 15 minutes! They also suggest things to maintain the life of my car but don’t pressure me at all.
I never have an appointment when I come here but I usually stop by during the week. I can’t say how it is during the weekends but I imagine it could get pretty busy.
I would recommend this place to anyone who needs any small car service done!

I always go here to get gas because they are 76 and you can always use your kama’aina rewards card here to collect and redeem points. They have decent amount of stations about 4 self serve and 4 full serve. It is operated by the new Flagship Fastlube station shop where they do auto repairs, oil changes, safety checks, etc. I recently came here for a safety check. I usually get it done somewhere else but I figure I try something and somewhere different this time around. The process was pretty simple and quick. I just went in gave the paperwork (safety check, registration, and insurance) and they had me wait inside the shop for the vehicle. It took about 10 to 15 minutes and had everything done. The cost was about 15 bucks ($ 14.70 to be exact). If you have tint, that would cost you an extra 5 bucks to do a tint check as well. I didn’t know about that. So it was really 20 bucks for me. I would probably go here again just for the convenience and was quite impressed by the service. It’s conveniently located right next to the Aiea Shopping Center and right across from Wendy’s.

I just came here to get my Safety Check. It took only 10 mins and cost me about $ 15. The workers were all nice and the owner waved as I drove off.
Only thing is the safety inspector is not always there, so I usually call in to make sure.
I like coming here as opposed to the other places nearby because its faster. (Aiea Shell does Safety Checks too, but you usually have to drop it off by 830am to get it back by lunchtime)

I decided to bring my car here for an oil change. The decision was primarily based on the across the board 5 star reviews, oh & a coupon I got in the value pack envelope you get in the mail. I normally take my car to Servco, but I decided to save money and come to this place. It was a Saturday around 3 pm. My service at Servco is $ 150 so I was excited I’d be saving a lot of money, I chose the oil change that was around $ 40. Walked into the waiting room and there were only 2 other people there. It was less then 5 minutes of waiting when the guy who took my car in told me my car only takes synthetic oil and that particular oil change runs at $ 80. He showed me the oil cap to prove his point so I said okay I’ll take that one. He also mentioned some other recommended maintenance which i didn’t accept. I think I was there for about 20 minutes before my car was done. I went up to the cashier, handed over my coupon, paid and drove over to Starbucks across from the station. I only then realized I didn’t get my $ 10 off. Luckily I was nearby so I drove back. They had to dig up my receipt to find the coupon I gave them and refunded my $ 10 and some change. After leaving there I noticed my car didn’t drive as smooth as it did before but I didn’t think much of it, I figured it was because it was a different oil and my car just needed to get used to it.
2 and a half weeks later (yesterday)… I’m on the freeway driving to my moms house, it’s before 6 in the morning so it’s still dark. I take the exit and my car starts shaking really bad, like it was about to die out. I approach a stop light and as I down shift I can feel my car is really going to give up. I shift into neutral and my car stops shaking but it feels like it doesn’t have any power left in it. To make my long story a little shorter, I took my car to servco and had to pay $ 90 to fix what flagship fastlube failed to do when they were done servicing my car. They didn’t seal my air chamber properly. It came off from my intake system. My less than 2 year old car is most likely damaged because of this. I can’t begin to Unilocal about how upset I am…
Lesson learned: cheaper is not always better. I will continue to take my car to Servco.
