I’ve purchased a service from goupon! My goodness it’s so hard to book an appointment!!! No one is there to answer the damm phone and so I’m left the v-mail saying they check messages hourly!!! I have left 2 messages 2weeks ago and one more this week… Until now, I have not gotten any return calls from them!!! So disappointed and irritated at the moment. I better get an appointment before my goupon expires!!!

I had ugly skin tags and bought a great deal online for Advanced Medi-Spa. As promised, the skin tags were gone with only 1 or 2 treatments. Cindy took the time to explain everything to me despite my 101 questions! She is very knowledgable on the human body and skin issues. We are currently working on getting rid of a stubborn eye Chalazion. Nothing else worked until now, but Cindy’s treatment is doing the job. Call, ask questions… for the money and convenience, it’s definitely worth it!

I only rated it a 2 because the owner Cindy was very nice and excepted my expired Groupon, although she had to call groupon to see if she could. But other than that I’ve had issues with them. 1. They never answer the phone. 2. The first 2 appointments I made, the therapist was a no show. I was promised a 20% discount at that time. 3. The 3rd appointment which I went recently. I got there 15 minutes prior and it was closed. Cindy called me at 5 min to my appointment and said she’s stuck in traffic. I waited bc I wanted to use this Groupon already. She(Cindy) got there around 1020. My appt time was 10. 4. She had her dog with her, which was so cute and I love dogs, but when she said her dog usually barks loud at ppl I thought«why would you bring it? « 5. I waited until 1130 for my massage to even start. 6. Why the wait? She was on the phone with Groupon talking about my Groupon and her up coming Groupon and then she addressed 2 customers that walked in. I waited patiently. 7. I told her about the 2 missed appointments but didn’t offer any discounts or apologies, she just said that worker was let go. She did offer to massage longer but I was running out of time so I declined. 8. The sheets on the table was questionable. 9. So my appt time was 10. It began at 1130. 10. I had a thin sheet to cover. It was cold. 11. I asked for deep tissue, nothing near that. 12. She spent 30 minutes just pressing on my shoulder blades and ribs. 13. I didn’t even fall asleep bc the massage never got started. Just a lot of pressing and holding it there. Very unusual. 14. I just wanted it to stop it was the worst massage ever. 15. I paid $ 100 for the Groupon the svc was 70. She was going to give me a gift card for the leftover but I can’t endure that again. I told her keep the rest. 16. Oh yeah the dog was in the room with us and barked a few times. So relaxing. Go somewhere else.

I received a massage and facial from Gloria, and I must say that I was very pleased with the high quality service that she provided. She was very friendly and constantly made certain that I was comfortable. The pressure of her massage was fantastic, I normally like a lot of pressure to work out the knots in my back and she was wonderful. She was very sweet and helpful during my appointment. As for the other review, maybe they cleaned up, but the spa was very professional and did not appear to be dirty.

It’s been awhile since I visited Advanced Medi Spa for a treatment. Found out that they moved inside of the mini mall and I have to say the spa looks AMAZING! Aside from the décor, I had some joint issues and Cindy fixed it instantly. I guess I somehow injured myself(as usual) and figure it will go away. A week later I’m still in pain. So I decided to visit Cindy. Right away she knew what was wrong. By the time the session was done, my pain was gone. AWESOME!!! BTW, their new suite number is #277 indoors in the Mini Mall area.

Horrible owner! Don’t waste your time here. Save your money and go somewhere that’s professional!!! The spa was unclean when I was here years ago and it looks like some things never change. I learned a lot from this experience. Goodbye.

RUNAWAY from this terrible place!!! I bought a groupon for laser treatment for hyperpigmentation of sun exposure for here. Originally it was for the face, but I paid«extra» to have it done on my arms instead(and thank God I decided not to treat my face). First of all this place is dingy and dirty. That should have made me leave but I had already paid for it so I stuck it out. Worse. Idea. Ever. Cindy«treated» my forearms with a laser machine that felt like a hot curling iron. Not only was this excruciatingly painful, but she didn’t treat my skin evenly so I was left with random square patches of red, burnt, blistering skin. Cindy informed me that this was«normal» and I would have to come in for multiple treatments in order to finish. Yeah right, all that meant was more money for her. I never went back. Instead, I endured weeks of painful healing and was left with bare white square patches of skin where she had given me very severe 2nd degree burns. I had to go to my doctor to treat my burns, they were THAT bad! After I had healed enough, I then had to pay extra money(5 treatments and over $ 600) to my dermatologist to try and correct the damage that CMC Medi Spa did to my arms. My derm was«appalled» at what happened to me and called Cindy’s treatment of my skin barbaric. So, consider yourself warned… stay far far away from this horrific establishment!!!
