History

Established in 2011.

After having 6 natural births of my own, I knew that I wanted to help other mommies have the beautiful birth experience they desired too. I studied and used Hypnobirthing methods for all of my births. Then in 2007 I apprenticed with my midwife to gain more birth experience, as well as a better understanding of essential oils, and emotional support during pregnancy and postpartum. Then in 2011 I was trained as a (DONA) Doula. Since then I have educated myself in Hypnobabies methods, and have attended many different types of births, including home and hospital births.

My education started in Community Health. As I was studying this field I started a family of my own and realized, I wanted to be a Midwife someday!

Becoming a trained DONA Birth Doula has allowed me to gain amazing experiences and knowledge that will prepare me to be a Midwife.

I currently support woman before, during, and after birth. Each woman should have the birth they desire!

Jen is a miracle worker! I had been in labor for 3 days and she put me into active labor naturally in minutes and I was off to the hospital!
She always has the perfect advice and so much knowledge about everything baby. She’s a calm, collected person that you’d want to be around any day/​all day! She’s just an angel. Definitely using her with my next babies!

Jen was an amazing help in my delivery of my last baby! I couldn’t have done it without her, well I could have but it wouldn’t have been as smooth. Jen was there my whole pregnancy until the baby was born to help keep me calm, help answer questions, and help keep me relaxed when it came to the birthing of my baby. Jen was fully supportive of me doing hypno birthing or getting an epidural. She was there to help guide me. Jen spent almost a full 24 hours with me on the day I went into labor, walking with me and massaging me, to help me go into labor. She is amazing. She is so knowledgable and I am so blessed to call her my friend

Wonderful doula support by Jen! She has a lot of experience in many different birth settings (including home, water, hospital births) which is so reassuring. She is open minded and supportive of any type of birthing plan. She is also great at being available for you day or night to support you prior to birth, during and after. Jen offers amazing in-​the-​moment coaching during actual delivery to help create the most perfect experience. She has helped me birth 2 of my babies and I highly recommend her!
