Teresa Rispoli and Her staff are so kind and well informed. I started going to her back in June and am feeling so much better after following her prescribed protocol. Just today I treated myself to a facial which was awesome! Do yourself a favor; whether a man or woman and go see what Complete Health can do to improve your wellbeing!

I drive 45 minutes to get to Teresa because she is a gifted acupuncturist. I tried others closer to me in LA and never seem to get the same results I get from Teresa’s treatments. If you have allergy problems, you must get her NAET treatments. They got me completely off of allergy medication. No more crippling sinus headaches or prescription medication. Teresa is trained in a lot of alternative healing modalities and I like that, even with that, she is refreshingly not «woo woo» in any way. She is not there to be your life coach or to try to be your best friend — she is a professional healer and excellent at it. She also put tempur-​pedic tops on the treatment tables, so they are super comfortable.

All my Life I had constipation problems, so I found this place in Groupon, and decided to try a Colon Hydrotherapy. Teresa was so helpful in answering my concerns. I was so impressed with this procedure I am going back in a week to have another hydrotherapy session. They were on time for my appointment and everything was explained to my understanding. I encourage people try this cleansing method.

Great way to detox (colonic). New to the whole process but felt comfortable with the therapist and overall experience. Go for it.

I received a facial and massage here. First, the therapist was about 20 min late for my appointment, the service itself was far below average. The therapist was cold and there was no atmosphere in the room or salon — The whole spa experience was completely lacking. I would never return.
Most importantly, since my service my inbox had been BOMBARDED WITH SPAM from this salon. I unsubscribe each and every time, I’ve emailed the salon and even called demanding to be taken off the list and I still continue to receive harassing spam emails.
Therefore overall this was the worst experience ever.

I would highly recommend going to visit with Dr. Teresa. I had colon therapy today (colonic) and she was a great therapist. She explained the process step by step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She also gave advice on how i can better my digestive system. I have another appointment already set up.

Bad customer service is an understatement. Both times I walked into the place I was NOT greeted and stood there for minutes before being acknowledged. I went for a facial and massage. I was only 5 minutes early and the room was not set up so we didn’t even get started until 10 minutes after the appointment time.
During my facial she did not tell me what she was doing or using on my face and fumbled around making noise. At one point she even walked out of the room without telling me. She talked the entire time trying to sell me products, which was NOT relaxing.
She didn’t listen to me when I talked… For instance she asked about my diet and I told her I was a vegetarian but didn’t eat very healthy. She followed that by telling me about trader joes and how they have pre cooked chicken I could put on a salad.
During my massage she continued talking trying to sell me products and did not once ask if the pressure was good or it I was comfortable etc etc.
After the appointment I was not offered any water (which has always been offered at every other place I’ve ever been to). She again tried to sell me facial products one last time as I was checking out. Overall she had just bad attitude, bad vibe and it was just in no way relaxing.

I had heard they colon hydrotherapy was a useful tool for eliminating toxins and clear your colon and intestines. I found a groupon and decided to try this. Teresa was so helpful in answering my concerns and I purchased some supplements to use at home as I felt so relaxed, relieved and my stomach actually became softer and flatter. I was so impressed with this procedure I am going back in a week to have another hydrotherapy session. They were on time for my appointment and everything was explained to my understanding. I visited this place for the first time for a colonic. Dr. Therese was very casual at first but assured me it would be a comfortable process because she is a certified trainer for colon hydrotherapy and based on their web description, she has many qualifications. The place was empty that day, it seems they see people individually, and I found it to be very comfortable that way. Dr. Therese was very helpful in listening to my concerns and answering any questions I had, suggesting services or food that may help in my quest for ease of health. I was glad to not feel pressured in purchasing items or packages. I expected this since they have so many services, but it seemed she was sincerely offering things she thought would help, and leaves the decision up to you. I think this is important if you are going to trust someone in helping you get to complete wellness.

I wish I could give this business a ZERO — they didn’t earn 1 star!
1. Purchased a Groupon for a colon hydrotherapy session …
2. Called and scheduled with one week advance …
3. Left work 1.5 hours early … drove 30 minutes to get there and showed up on time.
BUT they said «oops! computer glitched so you don’t have an appointment!»
What happened?
No apology, no care … the receptionist’s attitude was, «well, I sent you an email earlier today to cancel — your problem you didn’t read it!» They wasted my time, money & gasoline!
It seems this place wants to sell Groupons, but not honor them. During the initial schedule, they made a point to mention that Groupon gets paid, not them … a similar statement was made when I showed up to redeem! If you’ve already purchased a Groupons, don’t tell them you’ve got it until you’re there, at the counter when it’s time to pay!
Groupon issued me a credit … I think they should reconsider letting this business offer any more Groupons!

I purchased a Groupon for Colon Hydrotherapy. It was my first experience with this, and was pleased with the professionalism and the sensitivity shown towards me. I have been back for a second visit and will be scheduling my third for next week. It feels great and I have great peace of mind knowing that all that material accumulated through time is washed away.

Got a great massage with Peggy. She was a natural healer and knew where my sore spots were without me telling her.

I first went to Complete Health because I bought a Groupon for 3 Endermolift treatments. I had never done anything like this before but I want to be proactive with my aging so I tried it out. I am so happy I tried this. My skin is firmer and feels lifted. I liked it so much I am continuing the treatments. Yes, the rooms are small, but they are adequate. Peggy is very skilled and a pleasure to talk to, what a nice lady.

I purchased a Groupon for 3 Endermolift by Endermologie (or E-​Lift) treatments. «Stimulating collagen and elasten to fill in wrinkles, redefine contours, reduce crows feet, puffy eyes & dark circles.» I was really excited!
When I called to schedule my 3 appointments I was helped by Peggy. She seemed confused and a little flustered with the computer system while making my appointments but when I received 3 separate e-​mail confirmations with the correct dates/​times I thought I’d be okay.
THOUGHT.
I was told to arrive 30 minutes early at my first appointment in order to fill out the required paperwork so I did. I immediately checked-​in on Unilocal like I always do. The office was odd and cramped, cluttered with signs and pamphlets for the multiple services they offer. No one was behind the desk so I waited. There was a bell on the reception desk «Ring for service.» I rang it. Still waiting. I could hear two women talking towards the back of the building. I called out a few times: «Hello!» «Hi?» «Good morning!» Nothing. I glanced down at my phone and it had now been 7 minutes since I checked-​in. Annoyed I gave up and dialed their number. Peggy answered and I told her that I had been in the lobby for a few minutes waiting for service. She immediately popped out from the back. I explained how I had been trying to get her attention and she told me she was behind a closed door and didn’t hear me. She then argued that she had JUST stepped in the back «no more than one minute ago» there was NO way I had been waiting as long as I claimed while peering at me over the top of her glasses. Thanks for calling me a liar! I thought about showing her my Unilocal check-​in as proof but did not want to continue arguing. I just asked for my paperwork so I could start filling it out. Good thing I arrived 30 minutes early so I could fill out a four page questionnaire that merely asked me what I don’t like about my skin and what kind of products I use. It took 5 minutes to fill out.
The phone rang and Peggy told me that Dr. Teresa was to perform my service but she was stuck in traffic and running late. My appointment time came and went. Another phone call, she is still stuck. 20 minutes after my appointment Peggy came out and asked «Do you just want me to do it for you?» I didn’t know her qualifications. To me she appeared to be a receptionist. It was awkward and uncomfortable. I felt like it would be rude to inquire if she was experienced with this particular treatment and reluctantly agreed. She didn’t even LOOK at the information on my questionnaire before starting. Instead she pushed the E-​Lift tool around my face haphazardly while yammering on about her life and kids.
I had my second treatment the next week with Dr. Teresa and it was completely different from my first treatment. Her strokes were smooth, methodical, and felt targeted. She did ask me if I was comfortable once, and I was, but thankfully she didn’t yack my ear off the entire time like Peggy.
The night before my 3^rd appointment I was checking e-​mail and noticed the reminder for my appointment was incorrect. It was confirming an 8:45am appointment for the next day when it was supposed to be 2:30pm. I assumed it was a clerical error and called the office, leaving a message stating so. I asked for a return call the next morning to let me know if I should still come in at 2:30pm. When I woke up I had 2 voicemails from Peggy. The first told me that she had «seen my appointment on the calendar all week and it’s been at 8:45am.» She was leaving at 11am and would not be there to perform my treatment at 2:30pm. In the second message she said that she looked up my appointments and I NEVER had a 2:30pm appointment. When I scheduled it I made it for 8:45am. Wrong.
I called immediately and spoke with Peggy. I told her I had an e-​mail confirmation from their office for 2:30pm. She seemed agitated and said she didn’t know how this could have happened. Her system had me down at 8:45am. I explained I never would have made an appointment at 8:45am on a Saturday; I like to sleep in on the weekends. She said I must be confused because my second appointment was at 2:30pm but «your 3^rd appointment has always been at 8:45am.» I was really frustrated at this point and asked her why she was still arguing with me over this when I could prove I was right with my confirmation e-​mail at 2:30pm. She continued on saying she could see the date that I made the appointment and I did in fact make it for 8:45am. I said I would call back to reschedule and hung up the phone.
Needless to say, I’d had it! I contacted Groupon and they quickly apologized and issued me a refund. I would not recommend Complete Health to anyone.

Found this place on a Groupon. Easy to find, right on the corner where the GPS said it was. Staff was friendly and very informative. Will do business with again!

I’d heard about colon hydrotherapy and was intrigued but had no idea where to go… I mean, who do you ask about such things? I’m a devotee of Kris Carr’s «Crazy Sexy Diet,» so my nutrition is pretty clean and she advocates «cleaning the pipes» regularly to keep your gut healthy and happy, so when I saw a Groupon for Complete Health (very close to my house), I decided to call and ask some questions. The woman on the phone (Peggy) was delightful and put my mind at ease. I had my first treatment today and it turned out that Peggy was also the hydrotherapist!
As you can imagine, it’s not the most comfortable thing to do and I was a little nervous at first, but the building is tiny and feels more like someone’s house than a cold, sterile office. Lights are low, the rooms are small and cozy, and Peggy made me feel welcome and comfortable (well, as comfortable as you get when you’re having this kind of treatment, right?). She warned me up front that she’s a talker — and I didn’t think I’d want to engage in a conversation, but it actually made me feel even more comfortable. All in all, it was not an unpleasant experience.
As far as the actual treatment, I won’t go into specifics (for that, I’ll refer you to Kris Carr’s book — she has a section all about this and my experience was very similar to what she describes), but I felt really good afterward. My stomach feels great and light, and I’ve decided to do a short series of treatments to reap the maximum benefits.
I’m not saying this sort of treatment — or even Complete Health itself — is for everyone, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I found this place through a Groupon I had for a hot-​stone massage. The place is a little hard to find. Since their office is a portion of the building, the treatment rooms are sort of cramped to where the practitioner was bumping the bed while she was trying to move around and get the stones from the warmer. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Very relaxing massage… very clean facility…

Paula is so nice. She does my Endermologie. I discovered this place with a coupon from screemin daily deals, and I’m glad I bought it. I think I may purchase a package of more treatments to really see results
