I’d have given zero stars if possible. I scheduled an appointment with Paige for this past Saturday. She made a point to say please call if you can’t make it. Well she was a no show. My calls kept going to voicemail, referring to another woman’s number (that also only went to voicemail). Only after texting, did Paige respond. Apologizing and giving some lame excuse about surgery etc. I asked ‘do you want the business’? She replied ‘no’. So I drove out of my way for nothing. Choosing that location only because of the Saturday availability. As promised Paige I will have you removed from this list of viable live scan locations. I already contacted Morpho Trust, they were very disappointed and embarrassed that someone as unprofessional was on their list. They asked that I report it to The Department of Justice as well as Trustline.

Paige was super helpful when I went in to get a background check. She was very efficient, and I was done within 10 minutes. As the envelope got lost in the mail, I had to talk to her several additional times. She was very kind and answered all my questions, assisting me as much as she could.
I definitely recommend her!

Ironically enough Paige and I, have known each other for years as our sons have played together and against each other on various sports (club and travel) teams. I didn’t realize it was the same Paige until I showed up and we laughed, reminisced and caught up.
If you need a live scan, notary or professional services, without hesitation I highly recommend Paige in fact should I need she even offered to visit me in prison and bake me a cake with a file in it if the live scan were to go south for any reason lol Just kidding…

I had to get my live scan fingerprinting done and quick for a job and thank god I called Paige… she gave me an appointment last minute and was so sweet and professional the whole time. She got all my scans done quickly and the whole process was so simple. I definitely recommend her to anyone who needs to get their live scans taken care of on a busy schedule!

In short; she is unprofessional, unethical, does not take ownership or responsibility in her work, blames her errors on her clients, and did not refund my money for services she performed that were inadequate as they were rejected by the FBI and BBS.
I used Paige for live scan services. I received a letter from the BBS stating that my fingerprints had been «rejected,» but gave no further details in that letter. I called Paige and informed her of this, to which she responded that when they say «rejected» it means that the quality of the finger scan was not sufficient but this could not be the case as she knows she does quality finger scan. Already she was dismissing any responsibility. I told her I would call her once I had received the letter from the BBS as to the specific reason why they were rejected. Once I received the letter it stated my «Live Scan fingerprint was rejected by the Federal Bureau of Investigation because the live scan operator entered the application title as «MFT INTERN» instead of «MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST.» Again, I called Paige and informed her of this. She said she did not fill out or input this information anywhere on the forms and that I needed to call the BBS and ask for an exception or exemption, I forget which she said. She also said she could not talk as it was «hard to cradle the iPhone on her shoulder» at the time and would call me back. I called the BBS and spoke with the woman in the fingerprint department. She said she deals with thousands of these rejection cases a year and has never had a Live Scan operator ask for an exception or exemption, as neither of them existed. She was also surprised that Paige did not understand what her error was. While I was on the phone with the BBS fingerprint department, Paige returned my call but did not leave a message. I called her back less than 5 minutes later and left her a message, relaying the information I had just received from the BBS. This was all done before 10:30AM. By 12:00PM, I had not heard from Paige. I looked up other Live Scan sites in the area and saw that the TO Sheriff’s department provided these services (for cheaper too). I called and spoke with the woman at the TO Sheriff’s department Live Scan department, told her what the letter from the BBS said, and she immediately knew the error that Paige had made. She was surprised that Paige was unable to recognize her mistake or own up to it. She told me that I should report Paige to the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Better Business Bureau as well. She thought that Paige was acting unethically and unprofessionally. At this point it was about 12:30PM, she had still not returned my call/​voicemail, so I called her again. I left another message asking that she please call me back as this was an important issue as my application was on hold with the BBS due to her error. After waiting several hours and not receiving a return call from her, I decided that I would not like to use her services again, even though she should redo my Live Scan for free and I would rather pay the TO Sheriff’s $ 59 (which is $ 10 cheaper than Paige’s services). Paige called me on Monday and said she had been «off the grid.» We spoke Friday morning, I informed her of the issue and she went «off the grid» from Friday to Monday. I informed her that I had already had my Live Scan redone as I could not wait for her to «return to the grid.» I found an empathetic and professional Live Scan operator at the TO Sheriff’s station. I asked Paige if she would refund my money as the services she provided were inadequate as they were rejected by the FBI and the letter I received from the FBI and BBS stated that they were rejected «due to an error by the Live Scan operator.» Paige blamed me and said that it was my fault, claiming I had told her to title the form «MFT Intern» instead of «Marriage and Family Therapist» even though «she knew that it was incorrect. Last time her and I spoke she denied even titling the form «MFT intern» and now today she claims she did it because I told her to do so. At no point during this did she apologize for anything. My application will probably take an additional month to process due to her error. She did not apologize, refund my money or take ownership of responsibility.

Paige was very friendly and her office was clean. I was done in less than 5 minutes! I called just to make sure she was available, believe she’s open till 5pm. Just look for Burger King and it’s right next door. Drive almost to the end and it’s inside the store «City Lights Commerical», look for the ReMax sticker. Easy transaction.

I work for a small business and was new to the whole live scan process, which can be very confusing. Paige was so helpful by explaining the whole process to me AND by going out of her way to email me resources.

Paige was very efficient and an excellent «finger printer». She was also scintillatingly funny! Unlike most businesses of it’s kind, Live Scan can handle the occasional client who doesn’t have all ten digits, though I have ten of mine.
