Specialties

Anxiety, depression, family issues, parenting and other problems in living can be healed. Relationships can grow strong again and situations can become manageable. Are relationship difficulties causing you to feel depressed, worried, or hopeless? Are you discouraged by loneliness or struggling with a lack of self-confidence? Are you feeling the pressure of taking care of aging parents or have a child with learning difficulties or ADD? Perhaps you’re recovering from the loss of a loved one or divorce? I provide a safe, respectful environment to heal hurting hearts and relationships.

I will listen to your special circumstances and help you gain perspective. My style of counseling is supportive, encouraging and relaxed yet straight forward when you need me to be. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment, a place where you can talk about difficult or painful issues in order to dissolve them. I endeavor to make dealing with what is sometimes very difficult material as easy as possible!

I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and following your lead and level of comfort, we will talk about your faith in helping you reach your goals.

The good news is… you really can feel better!
