Intense full-​body workout timed to music. Never a dull moment. The exercises are challenging and intense, but I use modified positions and still get an intense workout everytime. The class can be tailored to every shape, size, and age.
The first 15 mins of class is focused on core training, but it’s fast-​paced so it’s a cardio workout too. After the 15 minutes, the class is focused on kickboxing and sometimes incorporates a smidge of core work at the end.
I bring a water bottle and hydrate throughout the one hour class. It might be nice for the instructors to call at least two water breaks during the 60 min class.
The instructors are high energy, supportive, and motivational. The facility is brand new, state of the art kickboxing gym, and conveniently located in Agoura Hills in same center as Agoura Deli — can get a healthy pre– or post-​workout meal. Overall, great way to burn about 700 calories in an supportive and unthreatening place.

Was just looking for a fun place to get cardio in but I found so much more at IloveKickboxing in Agoura. From the moment I walked in I knew I was going to enjoy it here, everyone is so personable and friendly. The instructors are AMAZING and they sure do know how to make kicking your butt seem really fun! Originally only bought a promo, but the first day I went I signed up for a membership! I urge everyone to give it a shot, you’re worth it!

I started with Agoura I Love Kickboxing in October of 2015 as an out of shape, intimidated middle aged woman. 3 months later I am a stronger, no longer intimidated middle aged woman. I won’t be able to change my age but I will continue to increase my strength and my confidence. My first class I had to stop 3 times, I was red faced and sure I was going to pass out. Today, I can complete a class and even hold a plank. I haven’t lost the weight but that is my fault. My diet is made up of few fruits and vegetables and more processed snacks than is healthy. I know that and it is something I am working on. But even with my poor diet I feel the muscles in my legs and abs fight to get out an be seen.
As far as the gym, it’s simple. Not much to it. It’s clean and RED! I have learned to love red as once I step inside I am ready to go. I can’t wait to hit the bags, hold my plank longer than the last time and even do a few burpies. My 2016 mantra to myself is «Don’t cheat». I say it with every plank, mountain climber and burpee.
I love group exercise. I am not a self starter. I have been to gyms where I have taken the same class with the same instructor for months and they seem to have no acknowledgment of my name or that I am present in their class all the time. From the first time I told him my name Tommy has remembered it. And it isn’t just mine. He remembers everyones name. It’s incredible really. He makes me feel like he is glad that I am there. Becca is great. She wants to eek as many calories out of you as she can in the one hour she has you. I appreciate that. She also seems to take a look around a recognize what our class needs to work on. If we have a bunch of flabby triceps we will be doing pistons, love handles get on those roundhouses. Stephanie and Kelsey are great for rounding out the HIIT and stretching. I may never be as flexible as they are but I am more flexible today than I was in October. I also don’t have the same back issues I had then and I think that is due to the increased core strength and the stretching.
Jenny and Jeff have created a great club. A place where you are welcomed and challenged. A place where you will want to come back. After I signed up for 45 day challenge I realized that they have also created a team, a family, a place where I want them to be proud of me, to see me commit and watch me transform.

This gym has brought so much inspiration to my life. The staff are so kind and down-​to-​earth. They greet you with charisma and excitement and make you feel like you are part of a family.
They really care about your success and they will push you to your limit in a supportive manner.

I was super nervous when I went here for my first class, I had never taken a kickboxing class and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The moment I walked in I was greeted with welcoming, smiling faces that helped me with my paper work and answered any questions I had. All the trainers are incredibly personable and really try to get to know you. The class itself was really fun and the trainers really push you farther than you would normally push yourself (at least during my own workouts). The facility is always clean and neat and it doesn’t reek of sweat like other gyms.
I love this place and I always look forward to my next class!

Thought WE would try out the 3 class special. & POW! WE became hooked on the 1^st class… We decided to join ILKB family… No doubt about it… Best one hour workout EVER!!! The instructors are so motivating & encouraging & super friendly!!! My husband & I look forward to class on a daily… Thank you ILKB Family !!

I was actually pretty scared to try kickboxing because I heard how intense these classes were. But eventually I took my first class at this studio and ended up being hooked!!! It helped a lot that the trainers were very fun, energetic and care about your fitness goals.
After my first class, I signed up for a membership and ended up recommending this studio to a lot of my friends and coworkers.

ilovekickboxing is a great place to go and sweat all your troubles away. the workouts are vigorous and super fun. The instructors care about you and your progress and no one is left out.

I have never taken a kickboxing class before, so I was a little nervous going in. But the staff at Ilovekickboxing in Agoura Hills made it so much fun! They push you hard so that you get a really good workout (and that’s why we’re all there) and motivate you to want to give it your all. They really know what they are doing and seem to really enjoy teaching the classes which, in my opinion, makes the work out so much better. After my very first class they had me hooked and I signed up for 40 more classes. I would definitely recommend this place!
