Established in 1988.

Over the years, we have developed expertise in specific areas of insurance and service specific industries. When we began in 1988, 80% of the insurance we wrote was for individual automobiles or homes. Over time, we expanded and grew in commercial business with great success! We have the ability to write almost any business presented to us. A partial listing of our larger programs include: apartment buildings, office and commercial buildings, shopping centers, restaurants, auto, entertainment, repair and auto body shops, contractors, printing companies. I’m very disappointed with Brian Kadorian who is an agent for this company. I was with B&B Premier for several years and was always happy with their service. Brian always answered my questions promptly and always tried to find me the best insurance quote when I inquired about less expensive options. This is why — much to my dismay, I have no idea why everything changed after I leased my new Audi this past May. After my new lease, I asked him to look into other auto insurance companies to get a better rate as the one I was with increased my premium with my new car. He advised me to stay with Metlife until July 24th so that I would avoid the cancellation fee. I agreed since I would only have to wait about 2 months. Although I found other Auto insurance companies who were less expensive, I chose to stay with B&B because I always found Brian to be pleasant to deal with.
Unfortunately the great service I was accustomed to ended when I reached out to Brian a couple of months ago and he never got back to me. I left him several voicemails and sent him a few emails over a period of time and NOT ONE WORD back from him. Each time I called, the receptionist said he would contact me but never heard backno matter how many times I attempted to reach him. I left him 3 messages with the receptionist however each time I called I could tell she was lying for him. I even asked her point blank if she was being truthful and she said he WILL GET BACK TO ME. Guess what?! Nothing. I called several times after that choosing not to leave anymore voicemails — instead leaving additional messages with the receptionist and he still never responded to me!
With this being said, the great customer service I received after all this time was completely tarnished and I decided to take my business elsewhere. I have no idea what happened or what is wrong with this guy but I guess my business wasn’t worth it to him in the end. As for me — I received a far better deal for the same amount of coverage elsewhere anyway. I also had three family members I was going to refer to B&B after their new car purchases and I’m so happy I chose not to. For Brian to disregard his customers this way is absolutely uncalled for and highly unprofessional. Keeping ongoing business obviously isn’t very important to him which reflects poorly on how this company is probably run overall!

Was with this company for almost 9 years. The last 3 years were horrible, was not treated well by the agent, and was called a liar by the agent. She was so rude when I asked to get quotes on a policy she never got back to me. Requested a new person from the Manager who is so rude he yells at you if you complain. Got a new person and no matter how many policies I had rates continued to go up. When I needed to cancel a policy he decided not to cancel it and was more concerned about what company I was going with. I ended up gaving to cancel it myself. Called B&B and compmained to the Manager about what happened and he was so rude and yelled at me. So after that experience I wad asdigned another person and filed a Department of Insurance complaint which B&B had to answer to my complaint in which they lied about what happened. I even received a call from Steve Brooks who was very pissed that I filed a complaint he tried to bully me and say I needed to find another agency which I took as a threat and I told him there’s nothing he can do because he legally can’t cancel my policies, he still said I need to find another agency. Before I hung up I told him he hires incompetent employers and iut of spite I will stay with his agency for as long as I choose. Steve Brooks is a joke and needs to learn customer service and needs to have someone come in and teach his office about customer service. I have now left his crapy agency and suggest to everyone you do the same, to be a loyal customer for almost 9 years and to be treated like crap is insulting. I got cheaper abd better coverage for auto insurance through AAA, and my other policy (s) I just did a change of agency form, which was so easy if I would have known I could do that I would have done that a long time ago. To back up my review I have all the emails to back this up. I’m sure Steve Brooks will come and deny any of this and blame me that none of this happened but the DOI complaint is real and can be looked up. Anyone who does business with B&B please beware you can get treated a lot better at other agencies and will also pay lower rates for better insurance.

Scott is my insurance agent, and from day one he has been exceptional. He personally called my mortgage company to convince them I DID have insurance (it’s a huge company so no doubt my records got lost in the bureaucracy) and when I needed help at tax time for totals for insurance premiums, he got back to me in a jiffy. I had another question about insurance coverage for a repair in my condo, and within an hour or so he got back to me. I in fact was the one who took a week to call him back, and when we ultimately talked he gave me a cohesive, expert opinion in a matter of minutes. Having a PERSON handling your insurance is so much better than when I had a nameless, faceless account at a big insurance company and had to call a sales rep every time I needed help. And, I’m paying less for my premiums. Win Win!

Do not use this company for your insurance needs.
I had the misfortune of doing business with Lindsay Bossuk (who, for those keeping score at home, is the daughter of the owner of this business) and have since lived to regret it.
Anyone can go on a website and sign up for a quote on insurance. I chose to use a broker because I know I am not an expert, so I decided to put my trust in someone who is and to work with them on selecting the best plan that matched my needs. Unfortunately, B&B did not do this for me. I was sold cut rate insurance which left me owing an enormous deductible on a non-​collision, no-​fault claim when $ 7 over six months would have shielded me from such a liability. The problem is that I was never informed of this. I was never given options. Nothing.
B&B does not believe in customer service. Once I signed up for my plan, I never heard from my broker again. A couple of years ago, when I decided I was overpaying, I contacted another broker, who offered me lower rates. Unfortunately, Mercury Insurance wouldn’t allow me to switch brokers, but only then, magically, did I suddenly receive lower rates from B&B.
Post aforementioned accident, when I called to discuss my insurance plan, it was like dealing with robots. How hard is it to show a little human emotion and, you know, ask your client, who just had a car accident resulting in thousands of dollars of damage, if they’re ok? That kind of seems like a no-​brainer in a customer service business! Instead, all I got was a bunch of «you signed the contract [so you can’t blame us!]»
When I related my experience to the owner of the business, he had this to say:
«I am not sure what you would like me to do.»
Again, no concern whatsoever. Just that and «I can’t tell you that we can make our customers happy 100% of the time.»
Are these really the kind of people you want to do business with?

This company will do anything and everything to fight for you! I was rear-​ended while being 5 months pregnant and Steve Brooks kept me informed and made things very worry free, which is very hard for a pregnant woman. Anyone you speak to will treat you with respect and will take the time to explain what is going on and don’t make your «stupid» questions stupid!

I just consolidated all of my insurance policies (home, umbrella policy and three autos) with the true professionals at B&B Insurance Solutions. Their customer service is just top notch, and I am kicking myself for not doing this sooner. I am now saving quite a bit of money annually AND got better coverage on every policy that I took out with them. I highly recommend this company, and am so relieved to have them now in charge of all of my insurance.
It took very little time and effort on my part, and I have tremendous piece of mind now having all of our insurance with one competent firm!
