I just want to thank you so very much. We had lunch there two Sunday’s ago and we had a server named Jenn. I just want to say that we were there for a after funeral lunch and there was a lot of us, I was so happy with the service from Jenn and her warm thoughts of kindness. When I’m in the area again I will make a point to come in and ask for Jenn to wait on us. Everyone should go to Agoura Deli… Great experience. Thank you Again! :)

It’s a 3.5 star that I’ve gone to twice, and will continue to go back for more(and more). Not to be confused with Agoura’s Famous Deli & Restaurant, also on Kanan a few blocks away on the other side of Thousand Oaks Blvd. Face it, it’s a liquor store with a deli counter in the back, more like Agoura Mart &(Little) Deli. One or two staff up-front for 14⁄15 of the space of the floor, and 5 – 8 people in a relatively small space. They are workin’ it! Fast moving, and nice service all-the-while even though you could find yourself in a 15 deep line. Prices are reasonable for a chunk of a good sandwich all for about $ 10. The rolls are great, and no matter what I’ve had, I’ve enjoyed. What it lacks is experience and seating, and best for lunch. For a sandwich«on the go»(not in your car, that sucks), or if you’re heading to Malibu, it’s a great choice. If you ask me(or if not, I’ll tell ya!) — compared to Italia Deli & Bakery(also on Kanan), there’s no comparison.

Only two sandwich shops worth buying a sandwich from in Agoura, and this is one of them! Always friendly service, fresh and tasty sandwiches. Love their egg salad on the freshest the rye bread, yum.

Great sandwiches. Fast service, fresh bread and meats. A few outside tables to sit down and enjoy the meal. Last stop for a delish deli sandwich on your way to the beach. Get it to go. You’ll be enjoying this on the beach in less than 20 minutes.

The guy in the morning is really cool and as busy as he gets with regular store customers he tries to get in there and make our sandwiches. The hot pastrami is so good! Sooooo good!

Incredible BLT! Bread was crunchy, tomatoes and lettuce was crisp. The bacon was thick and cooked perfectly. I could eat another even though I was full from the first one.

Stopped in on our way to the beach last weekend. The smells coming out of here were divine! My friend said that they make awesome deli sandwiches but I didn’t try one, maybe next time. This is a liquor store/mini market. The two guys running it were cool, we just stopped for drinks and ice. They also had a big assortment of lotto scratchers too. I’ll stop in again if in need and in the area.

I love this place. The deli sells boar’s head and MYGOD, the pastrami sandwich is fantastic. The lady who makes the sandwiches is incredibly nice as well. This is pretty much my go to spot when I’m craving a good pastrami sandwich. Ask them to cut the meat a bit thicker. It’s worth it

You basically have two options when you come here. You can treat it like a liquor store or like a deli. This place is really that cool and the employees are funny and welcoming. The sandwiches are really great especially the Blt sandwich and I would suggest getting it on a sub roll to keep all the ingredients in. Overall this is the sandwich spot to go to if you are on Kanan rd

Best BLT’s ever! I stumbled upon this little deli a few weeks ago and love it. It’s located in the back of the mini mart and a gem for sure. I will definitely stop and grab a sandwich from here any chance I can.

Corner store and deli in Agoura offering what you need for liquor, snacks and deli made sandwiches. I came by here to pick up some chips and to search for what other goods they had. Nothing else wowed me. The Deli was closed when I was here(late at night) otherwise I’d pick up some food. We had just arrived from LAX and was looking for some food to tie us over. They appeared to have a decent liquor selection. Your typical staples of wine, beer and hard liquor. Prices seemed decent. Service was decent nothing earth shattering and I was in and out in decent time.

Boars head products and fresh veggies are a perfect sandwich combination. My favorite so far is the veggie sandwich with munster cheese. Great place to get take out for a beach picnic or just a quick lunch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When you walk in and see the front it looks like just a liquor store but if you do eat here you will be glad you tried.

If I want a sandwich in Agoura Hills, this is the only place I go. $ 7.99 for a Regular and $ 9.99 for a Large. All of there sandwiches are made with Boars Head Meats & customizable. If you buy a Large sandwich on Tuesday or Friday you also get a free Mega Millions ticket.

Boar’s meat Deli! Great lunch time stop. Lottery tickets given on tuesdays/fridays when you order a large sandwich!(FOOTLONGBABY) Pastrami is my fav, you have your choice of breads etc. They even have a TURKEYPASTRAMI. It wasn’t exactly the same but it was a good effort. Next time if i get this I would get it with avocado. People are always polite and friendly. they have a bunch of different types of chips you can try. Lots of beverages to choose from as well. This place even has SURF wax. Great place for lunch. they close early!

Can’t believe I haven’t written a review for this before! I really do enjoy this place, it can be a bit busy, especially around dinner time. Keep in mind getting dishes to go, it can take a while depending how busy they are. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, however the guy in the front could smile a bit more :) I have had several different dishes here: 1. French toast: very good, has a nice crunch to it. 2. potato pancakes, they are good as well, but I wish they were cooked just a bit longer, but I enjoy the sour cream and apple sauce with it. 3. Rueben Pizza $ 9.95. I like rueben sandwiches, but definitely though was not a fan of this. It was just too much. Some classics you just shouldn’t change. 4. I have also had this buffalo chicken sandwich that was INTENSE! I mean they put a full on chicken breast on the sandwich, onions etc. I won’t lie, it was good, but I could only eat half and I didn’t even eat the other side with the bread, just the chicken. I have had a few other items and the were all good, some I liked more than others, but more of a personal opinion. Enough said, just go… try something new!

Grabbed a couple of sandwich’s from here today, they packed them up for our hike and they held up pretty good. Loved the service and the sandwich’s are large, meaty and thick. We got the turkey, Ham and provolone with avocado and pepperchini’s, it was tasty and good. The usual place I get my sandwich’s from had a 1 hour wait time so we had to stop here and I’m so glad we found this place as it is a small market across from Ladyface and the perfect place to hit as we made our way into the canyons. Also, freshly baked bread going on next door, I will need to come back and check that bakery out. :))

If you buy a foot long sandwich on a Tuesday or Friday, then you get a free lottery ticket !! Located down the road just a bit from Italia Deli, this place makes sandwiches just as well as Italia… ultra fresh ingredients and very tasty. Honestly, the only thing Italia has over this place is the cannoli, but otherwise, you can’t go wrong having a sandwich made to order at Agoura Deli. The only minus I would say, is that the line can get very, very long with people doing their ordering… same as Italia in that regard. However, don’t let it deter you from getting their sandwiches. This is a great place to stop if going to the beach… get your sandwiches, and a wide array of snacks, drinks, and whatever else you’re craving… it has a little bit of everything… and don’t forget your lottery tickets. :)
