This company doesn’t even deserve a 1 Star Rating! I chose the company because they beat out the competitors price. Now I see why. First they were late. They advised that my floors needed to be leveled where the French drain for the sump pump was installed so I said ok level the floors. I paid for materials and labor for leveling while also paying a portion for the install of the floors. So they said that they leveled the floors and when they started installation of the porcelain tile plank floors there were gaps some were lower than others. Workmanship was horrible.
Once I brought it to the company’s attention that floors didn’t look like they should and workmanship was poor. They blamed the leveling of the floor, which remind you they were paid to level floors and sent me a text message that they were not finishing the floors due to me not being happy with their work. So now I have a partially finished basement and I’m out of the cost of material and labor $ 4000. Not to mention I have to come up with money to have a professional company come in and break up the floors that they screwed up and fix what ever issues. More money.
My suggestion is don’t go with a company because they offer you a better price please do your research.
