Ashley is the BEST! I go to her every time! Always have a great experience with her! I get pedicures from other ladies and they are all awesome as well! I’ve been going there for almost a year and will not be going anywhere else anytime soon (: Be sure to check it out if you are ever near by!

This place was highly impressive! Extremely clean, beautuful décor, friendly and professional staff at a very affordable price! Tammy did an amazing job on my nails which were in dire need of attention. Thank you for the awesome service and my glass of wine to enjoy during my visit. I will definitely return to this establishment!

I love Zen! Everyone there is always really nice and attentive. They also do a great job, I’ve never left unhappy. The wine, the cleanliness and level of service is top notch. I highly recommend!

One of the best nail and spa locations there is in the metroplex! Super friendly employees that are so welcoming and treat you how you want to be treated. Beautiful place with amazing decorations and an uplifting atmosphere. They always do an amazing job and I always leave feeling fresh and with stunning nails. I love Zen Nails and Spa and I definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely horrible! I came in over my lunch break to repair and acrylic nail and the lady wasn’t going to put the fake on then she got mad because I asked her to then she filed it crooked and was very upset when I asked her to fix it. She then applied more acrylic and left a huge unfiled bump and now my nail is uneven and looks horrible. I will never ever go here again nor recommend it!

Went here for a pedicure and it was not what I was looking for. The technician did not do a bad job however she didn’t do a great job either. Next time I’m in Dallas I guess I’ll try somewhere else should I need a pedicure.

Normally Zen does at least a decent job, but I’m really upset by how much nails were shortened today! And to think I paid $ 40 for that… I normally keep my nails short, but not this short. I asked for them to be trimmed all to the same link, but the person doing my nails definitely went too far with shortening and filing my nails. I am really bummed as I could have shortened them this mich and painted them for free… I wanted the NexGen to help grow them out.
The spa pedicure I got was great.
I wish I had names to share as that can be helpful, but I don’t. Normally they do a good job, but I am definitely disappointed today.
Update: still not happy and honestly, I won’t go back. I’m sad that I was treated so poorly upon my return and shamed for not getting tips put on the first time. The same girl did my fingers, and said «that’s why I told you to do tips. Your nails were too short.» Starting out, my nails were not too short. They were the length I wanted, but she filed them down too much. Now my nails look ugly and fake. I will go to another salon (and ultimately pay more money) to have them properly reshaped. Although I asked her for fingertip length, they are not. And my left thumb is easily a ½ cm longer than my right thumb nail. Very irritating!

There is not enough characters allowed for all the great things I have to say about Zen. After dealing with many nail salons in the area, I came across Zen and have been coming here religiously every other Sunday for the past year.
All the employees are extremely friendly and welcoming. I feel like they have gone out of their way to make me feel appreciated as a client and always address me on a first name basis
I am very particular when it comes to my manis and pedis, Ashley is my go-​to! I have my appts booked in advance and look forward to them every two weeks. She is extremely professional and pays attention to every detail. She takes pride in her work and it shows! My nails have never looked this good or been as healthy as they are now, all thanks to Ashley! She is definitely an asset to the salon and as long as she is at Zen, I will continue to be repeat and loyal client.

Second time going here, and I will continuously do so! They aren’t like other salons where they would tell you how you need to stop doing this and that and you should fix this about yourself… They are super nice and outgoing, such a clean and fun environment as well!

I came back and my friend get my nails done my nail look awesome I love that work love my color the only thing negative about that shop the owner of face so so angry with every one he look awful he need to go back to school on how to manage this the shop. Treat the employee nicer and especially all the customers you always need to put that smiles on your face!!! We bring the fucking money to your shop so smiles !!! Not happy with the way my nails have been coming out these past few times. This time will be the last time.

Took my 6 year old for a mani/​pedi and I got a set of nextgen we both really enjoyed it. My daughter said it was fun! Very clean as well.

I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. While the manicurist worked on my cuticles, she either cut or pulled to the point of blood. I then stopped the manicure from moving forward. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years. Never a cut. After addressing this with the manager and why I wouldn’t be paying for the mani, the tech went on about gow accidents happen and I should at least pay for the cuticle cut. Why pay for the service that caused the problem? Please. Never going back. The pedicure was flawless.

The overall look and feel of this nail salon is great. It’s not overly posh or high end but definitely not dumpy. I liked the décor.
I wish the manger had been a little more welcoming and helpful but my nail tech, Trang, was awesome. She gave the best foot massage and applied the nail lacquer very well. It’s even and shiny with no bubbles. My feet feel like a baby’s bottom.

Ouch! The manicurist cut me and then repeatedly put acetone over the cut! My pedicure is a sloppy mess. I would have certainly done a better job myself. They didn’t put a clear bottom coat or clear top coat on, either.

Sitting here pretty much in a trance as Jennifer magically performs such a perfect massage.
I came in for a pedicure before vacation and must say I’m quite pleased with my choice today.
I’m so relaxed that I almost want to take a nap. Soft music in the background, red wine in hand and toes getting pampered. Girl can’t complain.
I’ve visited many places in the North Dallas/​Plano area and well I’m still on the fence.
I chose this place based on Unilocal reviews and definitely glad I came.
Now only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they don’t use disposables. Yes I’m picky!!! But I will come prepared next time… That’s how much I’ve enjoyed this pedi treatment.
I will keep you all informed of any subsequent visits.

Really liked this place! First time here today and was greeted nicely and worked on immediately.
I had tran who I HIGHLY recommend. She was so sweet and did a fantastic job! The place is clean and serves water, wine and soda.
I got the delux pedicure for $ 38 and it was worth EVERY penny!
Will be coming back more

I’m in LOVE… ahhh, what wonderful experience in life I had at this nail salon. The treatment was superb, the staff was generously attentive and the Zen atmosphere helped me to relax while waiting. The red wine didn’t hurt either.
The shop was clean and I loved the plastic covers in the foot tubs. Overall, when I’m in Dallas this will be my relaxation spot. My pedicure with John was amazing. Next time I will try the massage services.

I’ve been coming here for a while now. Lee does a great job on my gel fingernails and David is excellent with the pedicure. It’s better to have an appointment than just a walk-​in because then you will get waited on faster. I like to arrive just as they open on Sunday because it’s not as busy then.
The shop has lots of TVs and during football season they’ll turn one to the Cowboy game. The salon gets a lot of couples & moms w/​daughters so it’s pretty family friendly. They offer complementary wine and other beverages.

I had some time to kill before meeting friends for dinner. I walked in without an appointment and got in right away. Amber did my nails, and did a great job. I did the powdered gel nails (I forget what the fancy name for them are). She told me they would last a long time without chipping, and I’ll be damned after three weeks they were all still intact. I’m on week four and chipped one, but that was my fault.
The nail station had a TV next to me so I was watching some cheesy stuff until a couple came in and sat next to me to both get manicures. I had fun talking to them.
They have free wine, which is awesome, and it was $ 40 for the powder nails.
If I find myself in need of some nail maintenance and I’m in Addison again I would stop in here no problem.
