I contacted West & Sons Towing yesterday (Sunday) for a last minute emergency, well though their price was very fare, they couldn’t accommodate me within my 1-​hour time frame. I called another company who was more expensive but said they could meet my time frame and that was a big mistake. I ended up having to call West & Sons Towing back and they came within thirty minutes. If I am in need of last minute service, I will put my personal time frame aside and just wait on them. To top it off, all I had to do was leave the key in the vehicle for them to pickup, while I was on the other end biting my nails that this went through smoothly and sure enough it did. Look no further, this is your place to do business with.

The car was on the truck within an hour of my call. Friendly, professional, reasonable.

I run a limousine service and one of my stretched limos developed a transmission problem after a job, on the way back to the shop. I was referred to West and Sons by an associate. They were fast, professional, and came with the right equipment. Their fees were very fair and I will keep their number on hand for the next time any of my cars need emergency assistance.

I have used West & Sons twice in the last year to help with a stranded car. On both occasions the driver was prompt, courteous and very helpful.
One of the times we were stranded on the highway after debris flew off of a truck and smashed our windshield. We were very concerned for our safety and the driver took care of us.
I would highly recommend West & Sons if you are ever stranded and need of assistance.

I was surprised when I read such low ratings. I was stranded Sunday on the Indiana /​Illinois border. west and Sons was the only company I could get to come out. I was a little afraid after reading the reviews, but had no choice. the company couldn’t have been nicer. quick service, nice driver… In my book, they saved the day,!

I booked them for a tow (I knew I needed to get to the mechanic the next morning). They promised a pick-​up from between 7 and 7.30 and even took credit card number for payment.
The day of the tow — they didn’t show up. They claimed it wasn’t in their system. Now I’m just waiting for the charge to show up on my credit card.
I’d avoid these amateurs and look for a Unilocal review of someone more reliable.
Very disappointed and a complete time waste! I’m now very late for work waiting for another tow company.
