I wasn’t particularly impressed with Pampered Chef but I do understand the name. Someone is being pampered by the prices of these products. The products are nice and useful but many are too expensive. I really wasn’t quite happy with one of Pampered Chef practices of taxing the shipping and handling charges but that is how they do it. Hmmm.

I bought the bamboo fiber bowls and within 2 – 3 months the bowls were leaking. I called the pampered chef consultant no less then 5 times and she never called me back. I then called the pampered chef headquarters three different times and three different times I was told I would be send a free return shipping label and three times it never came!!! I travel a lot and had no time to continuously call a company that obviously had no desire to replace faulty products!

After years of taking the bait, my wife buying something at every party she attended, we honestly own about one of everything Pampered Chef sells. Ten years ago she purchased Pampered Chef’s Professional Series pan set with lifetime warranty. DONOT try to use the warranty! When my non stick omelet skillet lost its ability to «non-stick,» I attempted to return it for repair or exchange. The customer service rep advised that the model in question was no longer available so we would have to settle for their replacement at full charge. After a bit of resistance from my wife, they agreed to sell us the replacement model at a discount. I tossed their junk and informed them we will be replacing with a product from a company with integrity and that we have lost trust in Pampered Chef.

I’ve become a huge fan of The Pampered Chef. I hosted a show in my home in November 2011 and decided that being a consultant was right for me! I now own almost $ 1000 in Pampered Chef products and there isn’t one item that I don’t love. I have been a Pampered Chef consultant now for several months and have turned my $ 80 investment into a couple of thousands. I hope this continues. I’m passionate about food so this is a great supplemental income opportunity for me.

Gadgets ordered arrived in pristine condition in less than seven, count em, business days! Learned while reading instructions to fill my new grinder set that, as in lampshades, the screw top is called a finial.(Who knew?) Mangos top tomorrow’s shopping list to put that wedger through its paces. I be one pampered chef :)

The Pampered Chef is a wonderful business which I have been involved in for nearly 9 years. The fact si that you get out of what you put in. Just like any sales career there are going to be up and down times. You absolutely can not get get the same quality tools any where else. If you think you can you will be sorely dissapointed not only in the quality and performance, but in the customer service and the company that stands behind their guarantees. No one can blame another for what happens t his or her own business. All of the tools and training are there for those who wish to take advantage of them. I can not stand it when people use excuses for their own laziness like the last reviewer and then make poor remarks about the companies products and the possiblitly of longevity in the business. I am not saying it is easy in fact it is down right difficult at times. It is a business that is well worth the time and effort that you will put into it and it has helped me to stay home with my child to raise her my self instead of putting her in child care. That is well worth any hard work that it takes to make this business succeed!

Years ago, my mom gave me a Microwave Cooker and I’ve had a company crush on Pampered Chef since. Since that microwave cooker, I’ve expanded to many products thanks to being very good friends with a sales consultant who uses them in her cooking classes through a group. My Pampered Chef reintroduction came when I attended her first party. I went to the party in hopes of getting another Microwave cooker and some other products. Over the past year, I’ve accumulated two scoopers, a stoneware loaf pan, ice cream scoop, and many others. The products stand up over the test of time and use. They are truly quality products at an affordable price. I still use my Microwave Cooker at least once or twice a week to steam vegetables, cook rice, and reheat leftovers. For me, it’s a kitchen essential at a great price and quality.
