Meet the Manager
Monica A.
Manager
I am happy to manage this family run business with co-manager Sam. The family wanted to bring a Mediterranean/Persian/Afghan fusion of foods to Dallas. Growing up in Northern Virginia you see Kabob restaurants at most shopping centers, and it was time Big D experienced this. They didn’t want to be exclusively kabobs and because of the late night social scene they wanted to offer more common dishes patrons are used to and for most them, give a Mediterranean twist.
We hope you enjoy the food as much as we enjoy creating it for you!
