Scott Palmer is the man! After a series of unfortunate claims, I needed a good lawyer and fast. Scott gave me a great price and even better service. If I needed ANYTHING (regarding the case) he was there to help. He tells you how it is and doesn’t sugar coat it. He got me the best possible result for my situation and I can’t thank the man and his crack team enough for all the help and hard work they put in. These guys are exactly the team you want on your side and they are definitely worth every penny!

Don’t be fooled by David (works with Scott) Worst mistake I ever made. The two things he is good at is running up your bill and increasing the tension with the person you are trying to divorce.
Left his office after Months & months and was divorced with another attorney in 31 days for about a fifth of what David charged me. I asked for a partial refund and he was quite belligerent. The (fake) nice guy persona was gone quickly.
Call it what you will but once he finds out what your assets are he … You get it.
Don’t make the mistake I did. Also check with other Dallas Attorneys, about his reputation in the industry. Wish I had done my homework but was emotional at the time I went to his office.
Lastly my divorce went very smooth after he was out of the picture.

Most Amazing Lawyer ever!!! I hired Scott after my original Lawyer who was rated the top Lawyer in Denton County for DWI’s totally screwed me on my case and Scott and his office were absolutely incredible!!! He was very prompt in replying to all of my phone calls and emails, answered all questions that I had in detail, and was very polite and reassuring during my time of panic and anxiety over my impending legal issues. And I was always told that if you get a DWI, you always want to hire a lawyer who practices in that county regularly as they usually have a good relationship and are very familiar with all of the DA’s and Judges-​which is the reason I hired the first scumbag attorney in the first place. Although Scott was not located in Denton County, he came highly recommended from a lawyer friend of mine who didn’t practice criminal law so I took a chance on him and am extremely glad that I did because he is AMAZING!!! If you ever need a good DWI Lawyer, no matter what county in DFW you got the charge, I would highly recommend that you hire Scott because he definitely has some impressive skills and will get you the best possible outcome he can get!!! If I could give him 10 stars instead of just 5, I would!

After of the most traumatic nights of my life, I was left with a horrible DWI situation. I was driving from Shops of Legacy in Plano to Knox/​Henderson in Dallas. I wasn’t familiar with the area so I was following the map on my cell phone. After almost missing the Knox/​Henderson exit, I tried to cut my car across but ended up not fully making the exit. I wrecked my car and called the cops, but quickly realized the cop was more focused on the two mambo taxi’s I had at dinner. I was arrested after not doing that great on the field sobriety test and later blew a .19 on the breath test.
Scott came highly recommended, and I couldn’t be more thankful I ended up with him. He was very honest that I had a difficult case but promised he would fight… and that he did! I had full faith and trust going to trial with Scott. He is tenacious, passionate, intelligent, and poised. I was blown away by his fire in the courtroom. Scott was able to point out many faults on the arresting officer, develop doubt about the liability of the breathalyzer, and emphasizes all the discrepancies in the case as a whole.
Going into my trial, I tried to prepare myself for the repercussions a DWI conviction would have on my nursing career and my future as a whole. This was a difficult case that I’m sure many attorneys would never take to trial, but Scott is a fighter AND a winner. My case ended with a 100% unanimous jury and a «not-​guilty» verdict. I cannot put into words how much respect and gratitude I have for Scott. He fought for my freedom and gave me back my future. He’s the best attorney and overall a great man. Plus, his whole stuff is fabulous. I could go on and on about both Brittany and JR too! You couldn’t be in a better practice.
