I just moved and noticed that this located so close to me. I had not been to Schlotzky’s in a few years. The last time I went it was not good. But I decided to give it a try. The staff is very friendly, the lady that waited on me was wonderful. She was very helpful. So that’s a plus for sure. I got a ½ sandwich and soup. The soup was vegetable and sandwich was original. Oh it was perfect. The soup is the best!!! Sandwich was wonderful too. I was shocked at how a fast food restaurant could have such good foo.

Walked in to get lunch. No one came out to take my order. This is a zero star. You can just here everyone in the back.

I actually drive a couple minutes further to come to this Schlotzsky’s for lunch during the work week because: 1) they have Cinnabon and 2) they have a drive thru. The closer one has neither. I like the cheese original sandwich, which is sometimes not clearly featured on the menu. It’s basically the original without meat. Try the jalapeño cheese bread, it’s yummy and not spicy. And if you’re really hungry, they can make you two mediums in place of a large sandwich(since they don’t make jalapeño cheese bread in the large size). I always ask for peppercinis to be added to my sandwich as well. This location doesn’t disappoint! The classic Cinnabon cinnamon roll is so delicious. I’d advise to ask for a side of extra frosting because sometimes you just need more frosting. Plus, they don’t charge for it.

Very clean & fresh dining area. Good food. Slightly confusing menu boards — one was literally hung sideways. It was slightly warm, but had fans, so not too bad. Ask for basil pesto on sandwich — tastes great!

HOT Mess! Literally. I took my boys here for dinner because I was craving their Turkey Original which I love. I walk in and the first thing I notice is how hot it is inside. Almost as hot as It is outside which was 101 degrees. I go to the counter and the display case for water has about 5 bottles in it. The digital menu boards behind the counter are blank and off. And the display case for the Cinnabon rolls is empty. So I ask the lady at the counter if they’re open. She looks confused and says«yes», in a shocked way as if she can’t fathom what clues would have led me there. So I place my order and while I’m ordering another guy walks up. Before he places his order, guess what he says? «Are y’all open?» Exactly. The food was good as always so no complaints there. But the dazed and confused staff and the seriously hot restaurant was too much. I won’t be back — at least not to this store anyways.

The large banquet room at this unique Schlotzsky’s Deli makes it so easy for our ukulele group to perform and enjoy a good meal with the group. We really like the food, and Michael, the manager has gone above and beyond to make us comfortable when we book our party. We also enjoy the late-night hours, and wifi access. This is a great place to hang out on Beltline!

Yay ! This location finally opened the last week of Dec 2010. While I don’t frequently choose a sandwich to fill the tummy, I do pop into Schlotzsky’s 3 – 4 times a year, and just love having this one right around the corner from my pad. Located on the Southeast corner of Marsh & Belt Line. Phone number doesn’t appear to be working yet, an automated recording is received, so couldn’t order in advance. Cool atmosphere, sparkling brand new, modern décor with red leather booths as well as wooden tables & chairs in a spacious dining area. Off to one side is a room with comfy leather chairs and a large leather couch with a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. For leisurely dining perhaps or to get a little work done? There is also a totally separate closed off area, «Bobby Bun Room», for kiddos to romp and play, sorta a take off on McD’s similar concept. Service — the friendliest, happiest, most cheerful folks ever. They’re all smiling, with gregarious greetings for each patron. Order was taken quickly even though there were several folks ahead of me, including members of Addison & Carrollton’s finest law enforcement officers. Kudos to you guys & gals for keeping us safe. Hope you received some type of discount! Given a number, a cup for my drink(unlimited refills, thank you very much), and my chips, Lots of drink selections, mine today was a very good sweet tea. Had not been seated for more than 5 minutes, and a staffer came from the back to my table with my order, and a cheery greeting of «have a great day!» The Turkey Original, sans Salami, add guac, as always was yumalicious. Just love their freshly baked bread(each day), so moist and flavorful. This visit satisfied my rare sandwich craving for another few months. Maybe next time, a Schlotzsky’s pizza might be the meal of choice. A side note — the Cinnabons looked absolutely sinful. The aroma of these tasty delights waifed throughout the restaurant. I was soooo tempted but exercised some will power, having to dig down really deep to find it, but succeeded. $ 3.79 for a cinnamon roll? It’s been a long time since I’ve given in to this urge(when Prestonwood Mall was still alive and well), so guess prices have risen like everything else. But it is one BIG gooey«bon» for sure! Oh, this location has a drive-through. How cool is that!
