Took my wife’s car in for a routine oil change and the Bozo manager talked me into an engine flush. Oh it’s really dirty and you should do this. So I decided on the procedure. Thought it can’t hurt the car after all. Right??? It will clean things up and bozo said it really needed it… Wrong. Halfway through the process I decided to look it up on my smart phone and was blown away by how many people had problems after one of these so called flushes. However, it was too late they had already completed the procedure and was in the process of topping off the oil.
Sure as you know what the next day on the garage floor. Oil. Two weeks later.Oil. not a whole lot but needless to say it caused an issue. I take this car in like clockwork for oil changes/​maintenance and it has NEVER leaked oil ever. Again finding out after the fact that you should not have this done and I’m sure Bozo is still recommending it to just about everyone that walks in the door. Have to take it to the dealer to un-​F it from whatever bozo and his circus of clowns did to my car.
Stay away from this location!!!

The reminder for oil change popped up middle of nowhere and quick search took me to this location. I was very impressed to be welcomed by a female technician and there were atleast 3 other girls attending to vehicles. Go women power! Anyways, it was a quick oil and filter change. Joseph the mechanic who helped was a thorough professional and had my car ready in 15 minutes.

I don’t normally have to visit any shops because I work for one, but I had to go for an Über inspection. Overall, they were courteous and efficient. The manager wasn’t pushy with «things that needed my attention» and passed my inspection. Which shouldn’t have been a problem anyway because I have a 2 year old car.

The AC in my car wasn’t cooling the air at all, so I took it there for the AC recharge service. It was a little pricey (~$ 180) but they did a good job with making the AC effective again. At the same time they inspected the levels of fluids and condition of different parts, for example pointing out burnt out tail lights, without pressuring to have those parts replaced.

the people who work here don’t know what they are doing, there are mostly girls who work here and they are all dumb. Last year i brought my car in for an oil change because i got tired of going to the dealer, they charged me $ 80, for synthetic oil and when i left my dash board was flashing and beeping «HI OIL» which never happened before, i had to take it back. So i don’t know why i took it back this year to change the head light that was out. they charged me $ 30, and i had a bad feeling from what happened last year so i wanted to check before i left. and it wasnt working!!! i noticed by brights/​high beam was on, so i turned if off and said to the girl «hey my light is not working» she said to the girl that worked on my car «did you check it… get another bulb… It must be an electrical problem» but what happend was she changed the bright light, that was working fine, but didn’t change the regular light, that was the one that was out. I dont understand why she changed a bulb that was fine, and not fix the one that was out? and they couldnt explain it to me. then when they figured out which one was supposed to be changed she said «i changed both lights for the price of one» like she was giving me a deal, after she wasted my time and pissed me off. And they didnt know how to put everything back together, finally a guy came and put it back and said sorry. Im never going back there again!!!

This place is a joke. Rip off prices. They think their customers are stupid and dont know the prices of things. Plus they steal change from your car… even the dealer is cheaper and much more respectable.

This location will steal from your car, they stole $ 200 out of my glove compartment, granted I shouldn’t have left it in there but I had just gone to the bank, they had no reason to go in my glove box. I realized it as soon as i got back in my car and I got out and confronted the entire staff about it and they refused to admit it, I spoke to the manager and he said they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Started to go their until I read the reviews and from what I’ve read, the 1 rating I gave is being nice.

These reviews fall right in line with my experience. I went there once years ago and remember how rude they become the moment you question anything and their prices are stupid high! Most locations have a $ 15 coupon online, this place does not.
Anyhow, I went there because i was in a hurry and going to the north avenue and 355 location was out of the way.
They bring my car in and the guy releases the hood. The manager is over the hood and says release it. He says he did so she pulls the hood up without releasing the tab. It bangs against the tab so she pulls the release and opens it. Since my car is a VW diesel with no diesel markings I figure I should remind her its a diesel so I do. She snaps back that she knows what it is. I snap back you didn’t know how to open my hood so I figured better safe than sorry. I knew I should have just said forget the oil change and left, but I didn’t!
As I was waiting in the lobby I saw a lot of fluid running down the bottom of my car so I asked a guy by the door what’s with all the fluid? He tells me it is cleaner they spray on the bottom of the pan so I record the dripping anyway.
A few minutes later they called me out to the car and asked who did my last oil change. I asked why. He said they put the cap on the filter cover on too tight so when he was removing it he broke the fitting attaching my radiator to a block with a sensor attached to my engine then said the part was already broken and was glued back together which of course was not true. I figure they did it on purpose because I snapped back at the queen. He tells me he can give me a ride home and the car will be ready in two or three days. I flip out and tell him I need a rental car now. He let’s me talk to the district manager who says he will be in the shop soon. He gets there and tells me to take his car. That is how I know how cheap that jiffy lube owner must be. A rental car is like 20 bucks.
I told them I’d prefer they try to just fix my car quickly instead so I don’t have to take his car. To end this story, they fixed my car in a couple hours and then billed me EIGHTY NINE dollars for the oil change. At the very least I expected a free oil change for all the time I wasted at JIFFY lube and a coupon for another free oil change just to get me to come back. Won’t be making that mistake ever again with any jiffy lube. Cassidy tire here I come… better service and price… and now understand the value that comes with that extra few minutes I will have to wait!

i went there for an oil change they told me i needed my engine flushed because of sludge so i said ok 5,000 miles later me engine blew up because they did get all the junk out of the engine my car dealer said it would cost 6’500 dollars to put in a new engine. jiffy lube wouldn’t return my calls so i had to junk the car i don’t have 6’500 $ for an engine. I will NEVER go to jiffy lube again and i don’t recomend leting them flush your engine the car manufacturer does not recomend this even thought jiffy lube says they do.

My first time here it’s very close to home so I tried this one. The service folks were very polite, this seems to be common with the Jiffy Lube folks. That is until I asked about the way they rotated my tires then I was not treated as well. I will most likely go back to the Jiffy Lube I normally go to, to bad this one is much closer.
