This review is based solely on the customer service we received recently. We arrived about 15mins to 9pm. Browsed the menu board & proceeded to place our order. I stated we would like to dine in. The guy was like we close at 9… I’m like ok… but we’re placing the order before and since there were other patrons there… I’d think we could eat there as well. We told the young man we’d like to dine in when we placed the order… he was like ok! We ordered & took a seat. They locked the doors at 8:50! Ok, well we overheard the lady that was cooking(very rude person) say…“box up their food to go… they’re not eating here”!! Wow! You put your customers out?! Nice to know! Since the food wasn’t ready… I politely asked them to cancel my order. The guy went back there & stated«just throw that food away… they don’t want it» she was like why? He was like I don’t know… I chimed in stated because I wanted to eat my food here and didn’t prefer my food to go. She then had a worse attitude & started throwing food in the trash & the kicker was her comment of «that’s stupid»!! Now I may have been too much… I’m sorry I did prefer to eat my food there that night & when I said dining in… they could have said we close @9& you won’t be able to stay here. I’ve been to restaurants around closing time before, but never forced to take food to go… nor received rude service because of dining options. It’s all good though… everything happens for a reason & the food & customer service we got from Snuffers was the best!!!

Came and no one was in there but I got a 1⁄3 cheeseburger with avocado lettuce and pickles and mayo. It was the best burger I’ve ever had!!! My boyfriend said the same thing! Can’t stop thinking about it

JC’s is a classic, no frills burger joint that makes an outstanding burger. Don’t come here expecting fancy buns or artisan ingredients, this place serves up an old school greasy burger with nothing fancy needed. The milkshakes are also amazing; they use Blue Bell ice cream.

We ordered via Dining-In, so I can’t speak to the service that seems to get 1-stars across the board at the facility itself. I can only speak to the food. And the food was great. I ordered the Toddzilla and some Onion Rings. The Toddzilla was HUGE. I couldn’t finish it. Which was a waste, because it was so good. Perfectly seasoned meat. Which was great, because it was a lot of meat. My mother ordered the Chicken Fried steak. She was disappointed at first, because she didn’t realize it was a sandwich and she doesn’t like bread. But, after removing the bread, she loved the steak itself and the fries. All in all, I have no complaints. Although next time, I’m skipping the Toddzilla and just getting a double. I hate wasting good food.

I had the patty melt with fries. I like my patty melts without onions, but with pickles. They accommodated my request. The burger itself was pretty good and juicy. It was seasoned quite right. The disappointment was the small size of the burger. Also, the fries were just ok. Overall, a good burger… but over priced.

I arrived at 8:50 and they close at 9:00. The person at the register was counting money and the cook was angry that I was there. I’ve been coming to this establishment since it opened and referred many. I will never step foot in there again.

My husband, son and I arrived at around 8:00PM for a late dinner. The young man who started to take our order interrupted me when the phone rang to take a phone call. In customer service, I was always taught that the person in front of you was more important than the person at the other end of the phone. OK, not such a big deal. I started to place the order and he kept interrupting me — finally got the order placed, and he was very quick to point out that I had the opportunity to tip on the screen before I signed my receipt. So the next thing is while we are eating, here comes the big dust mop. OK, I have been the manager of a few restaurants, and taught my staff to wait until there are no customers to begin closing procedures. Almost last thing… Our sons burger was overcooked and dry. So was my husband’s, and actually so was mine. Our son took two bites of his double cheeseburger and was very reluctant to say anything to the guys in the kitchen. In retrospect, I don’t blame him — they could have cared less. He threw away about $ 10 worth of burger. I’m sorry to say that we probably will not return — the sweet potato fries were good(just like everywhere else we go to that offers them). Also, the cheese fries our son ordered seemed to be OK. I think it’s a staffing issue at this location.

Traditional burger and fries, nothing fancy. You can get out with a burger and fries for $ 8. It was a nice sized patty. It’s probably overcooked for a burger snob.

This place used to be great but not anymore! Burger is pretty flavorless. The bacon used to be thick and crispy, now the use Sizzlean which just stunk and cost me $ 1.50. The Patty Melt would have also been flavorless had it not been for the jalapenos. It was 12:40 pm and lunch time and this place was empty, just two young guys in the kitchen yelling loudly to each other in Spanish. It seemed like the rest of the neighborhood has also discovered what I now know. We won’t be back.

I was satisfied. Service was OK. Their chicken tenders reminded me of German chicken schnitzel. You won’t hear me singing songs of praise and wonderment, but I am not disappointed.

great food, but lazy uncaring employees. Twice have walked in and placed an order to take out. Both times my order sat in the kitchen getting cold while they serve the people that came in behind me. This will be the second and last time it happens to me. And there was 4 people in the whole location. Oh yeah their hiring!!!

Local brand of a fast-food burger joint in a strip center off Belt Line and across from a motel. On par with something like Whataburger rather than Five Guys or Hopdoddy but good quality for the price point. Counter service only with the menu posted on the wall. Had the half-pound burger lunch combo, which included fries and a drink. Waited more than a few minutes(looked like a larger delivery order was being finished up) but not exceedingly long. All components of the burger were fresh and tasty, fries were crisp and hot. No complaints at all.

Phoned my order in to save time!!! Employee said 10 – 15 minutes! It took between 25 and 30 minutes and then the burger was way over cooked. The burger sat on the counter for 4 – 5 minutes while the fries were cooking. Store has a bunch of kids running it who have never been trained to multi task… cook the burgers and fries to be ready at the same time. I’ve been shopping here for a couple of years and the level of service and quality of the food is NOTWHATITUSEDTOBE!!! Not sure if I will be back!

Great Burger! Fries good, but not unbelievable. They had Great Lunch specials, quite affordable for this quality of Burger. Location and atmosphere so so, but the quality and value of the food is what you are coming here for and that’s what I recommend.

To go: Ordered the 6oz Patty melt with a half order of cheese fries. The quality was pretty good. I asked for a root beer float however that was not fulfilled nor was we charged. I was hoping for ooey-gooey cheese on my fries however it was melted on there. Still good 1st experience minus the missing float!

This was a great burger! We were impressed! Not the perfect location because there weren’t may folks in there but we will go back. They have thinner patties and thicker cut fries. Burgers are simple but with lots of flavor!

Cooked to order, so there’s a short wait. Fresh crsip veggies. Fresh ground beef comes out just a tad past medium. This place is extremely consistent.

This place is busy. which surprises me. I ordered a single cheeseburger. cost me 3.99. Reminded me of the jr cheeseburger from whataburger(in size and taste), but costs more. Being a burger house, I was hoping for a big whopping burger like ones you can get from mooyah or smashburger. I received my to-go order today at lunch very quickly after ordering. The cashier was very friendly. I wanted to take lots of pictures to post, but only got 1… of the kitchen. I was confronted immediately after taking my picture by one of the kitchen staff. She did not appreciate my photography in her direction. What are you trying to hide JC Burger house? I’m not sure I’ll be returning to the establishment. The burger itself lacked flavor.

As much as I hate doing this, I must. Ignore the menu prices. Everything is literally double the listed price. I was told my «cheese“burger doesn’t come with cheese. It’s extra. Then I was offered bacon but they failed to tell me that it was sizzleen for $ 1.50. Unreal. I will never come back here no matter how cute the wait staff is. The mgr never even opened his mouth. He just stood back there speaking Spanish. They won’t b around long. The order takers are really sweet though. Unemployment line, here they come. It’s a sad day in Addison.

Oh gosh, I really hate doing this because the staff seemed super nice, but calling this a «Burger House» is a joke. I had this eerie feeling when I walked in and there was barely anyone around. A good burger joint just has that right feeling when you step in and I was totally second guessing myself on this one. You know that feeling when you’re about to tear into that piece of meat? Turned off on this one. So I just said hey, bite the bullet because you don’t want to drive too far and this is a new joint for me, give it a shot! No no no! Do people not realize that in addition to the patty, a good burger must also consist of correctly toasting the bun? I could have taken some 99cent bread and slapped it around a patty if I knew I was going to get this. The bun looked like it was toasted at some point in the day(week…month maybe… shhh) but it was soggy like no other! Sweet potato fries? Forget it! Also soggy, did the cooks marinade it in their armpits?! The best thing I had was the onion rings that were supposedly beer battered but just looked like something you could get a bag of from Costco. I just feel like this could be an awesome place for that spot on burger, but somewhere along the line they got lazy and apathetic.
