I was pleased with my purchase. I already had an idea of what types of cars I was looking for and went in looking at a vehicle I had seen online. They have a good variety of nice luxury cars for a good price. Butch and the employees were friendly and were willing to work with my payment although it was pretty high because I am rebuilding my credit. After I test drove some vehicles, my car was ready for me the next day so that they could detail it. Matt was also was very pleasant and my overall experience there.

I purchased a car from Anthony in Feburary. Before coming in we had agreed on a drive-​out price. When I got there and decided to purchase the vehicle, they ran my credit and told me that I had to pay a ‘bank fee’ of $ 3,000 because I get paid in cash and could not provide proof of income. Keep in mind that I put down $ 15,000 on a $ 32,000 vehicle, my credit score is average, and I promise you there’s is no such thing as a ‘bank-​fee’ that the customer is responsible for when purchasing a vehicle. They told me that it’s either I buy the warranty for the car, which was about $ 3 – 4,000 or I pay the ‘bank-​fee’. I was upset that they had tried to pull this stunt after running my credit. I told them I didn’t want their business and left the dealership. The next day, Anthony called me and told me that he had forgotten to give me back my ID. Before I came back to pick it up, I went online and noticed they had added $ 2,000 to the original asking price of the car I was buying. They OBVIOUSLY made the whole ‘bank-​fee’ issue up for me to pay MORE than what we agreed on. I was so upset but at the same time could not afford another hard inquery on my credit so I bit my tongue and called Anthony back and eventually agreed on another drive-​out price which was $ 1,500 more than the original drive-​out price that he promised me. When I came back to finalize the purchase I test drove the car again and noticed that the brakes were making noises. I mentioned it to Matt, the owner, and he agreed to change them for me if I came back within 30 days. I texted Anthony about 2 – 3 weeks later to get the brakes changed. I gave him a day and time and he confirmed that it was ok to come. Now, once I got to the dealership on the scheduled day and time that he had confirmed, Matt and Anthony both shooed me away and told me that it was too late in the day to get services done on the car. I was so upset because of how unproffesional they were from the beginning, and now for them to confirm something and make me drive across the city just to tell me to go home was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I told them that I had a flight to catch the next morning and that I would be very busy for the next few weeks. My schedule was already tight that’s why I made sure they confirmed my appointment before I came. They both assured me that it would be ok for me to come back later as long as it was before 2pm. I trusted them and left. Today, I texted Anthony to schedule another appointment for my brakes and GUESS WHAT? He says that there’s nothing he can do for me now because I waited past the 30 days to reach out to him. He told me to contact Matt. I called Matt and he yelled at me through the phone telling me that’s it’s not HIS fault that I waited too long to come back and then hung up on me. I CAN’T BELIEVE I WASTED ALL THAT TIME AND MONEY ON SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! SO UNPROFFESIONAL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL CHEAT YOU ANY WAY THEY CAN! STAY AWAY!

Normally I did not write review for car dealer. but those guys (vladmimir bogachew) are very helpful and informative .they spend tons of time to help me to choose right one and gave me many instructions. Very very very impressed and pleased with our purchase here today. We found a car we were interested in online on 1÷5÷2016 @ 4:30pm. I called their office and spoke with their internet sales manager Anthony who was honest, up-​front and made the process overall the most stress-​free car buying experience possible.
As I was unable to come in that evening I opted to complete the credit application online. They reviewed my information and negotiated with the bank a more than fair monthly payment and interest rate. The General Manager Matt was instrumental in getting us the best deal possible!
To ensure I had an answer as quickly as possible, they stayed later last evening talking with banks to get me and my husband the best deal possible!
We purchased the car today and for the 1^st time ever I don’t have buyer’s remorse. They listened to my husbands and my needs and ensured the best price.
Also, compare the prices of their vehicles to any dealership etc. you will find they offer the most fair prices on high quality cars!

I have known Matt for a very long time. My family has purchased several cars from him. We follow him wherever he goes because we trust him. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. What we like about him is his honesty, he listen to what you need and based on that makes recommendations, is always upfront and doesn’t changes his word. He is also not like one of those sales people who are done with you, once they make their sale. He and his staff follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied and happy. We will keep going to him for sure.

Excellence Auto Direct gave me the worse car buying experience I have ever had! Excellence Auto Direct was a recommended USAA Savings Bank dealer, and was why I chose them. I communicated days in advance my interest in a vehicle, set up an appointment for a test drive and was told by the sales women that the car I was interested in was in «perfect» shape and was ready for me. She even sent me tons of photos. Days later, I arrived. The car was out in front waiting on me. I looked over the car, noted some minor issues, took a test drive and returned back to the dealer to negotiate the price. My sales woman was professional and polite. When she needed assistance, she went to her manager, Matt, and this is where it got very ugly. Matt was very pushy about getting in-​house financing, despite me not feeling comfortable with it and voicing all of my concerns. He didn’t care about any of my concerns and consistently talked over me. I decided to go with my lender and bought the car. I will note here that the car was an «AS IS» sale.
I drove the car to school in the rain, that evening, and found myself having trouble seeing the road and getting good traction out of the tires, along with a list of other issues with this «Perfect» car. I immediately voiced my concerns that night to the sales woman, who advised me to bring the vehicle back in immediately and she would «take care of the minor issues» of the ignition and the key not working correctly and the housing for one of the front lights being broken. She stated that she probably couldn’t do anything about the balded tires. But to contact Matt, because «he would be happy to listen to my concerns about his inventory».
After the vehicle was picked up for repairs, I reluctantly called Matt to voice my concerns. He was very unhappy that I was complaining about the car. The car was unsafe to drive, period, I have two little ones and knew the car was not safe to transport them. After exchanging several rude comments, he stated that if I wasn’t happy with the car, to bring it back, not knowing that the vehicle was already in his possession, I politely agreed.
The following day, I went to the dealership to get my items from the car, and based on Matt’s short temperateness, disrespect and rudeness, I brought my husband along. Despite my husbands presence, he continued to argue with me about reimbursing me for the battery I bought for the car remote and the gas I placed in the car, (I was told reimbursement wasn’t an issue). All of the staff fell witness to his behavior, which seemed not to be shocking to them. None chimed in to deescalate the situation.
It’s now a week later. I still don’t have my items from the vehicle or reimbursement, because the perfect car was in the shop and who else knows. I even had a difficult time getting Matt to close out the loan, which Matt had blamed my husband for not doing that for him? I would NEVER recommend anyone to have the pleasure of enduring what I had to go through. If anyone believes that my story reads of falsehoods, I have plenty of text messages of this transaction. I would be glad to share. Anything to save anyone from this headache.
