I LOVE THIS SHOP!
The BEAUTIFUL ladies in this salon are way beyond sweethearts!
I only allow Dominican Stylists to touch my hair because they definitely know how to care for it unlike anywhere else.
The Salon:
Clean, small… but perfect! After all, I am not looking to spend the day there so it’s perfect for me and they definitely move you from the shampoo bowl to the hair dryer… Then to the blow dry specialist within an hour… maybe like 30 to 45 mins
Yeah…THESE CHICAS ARE ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS!!!
There are no long hair dryer rotations going on here… nope not at all! THAT ALONE GETS 5 stars from me!
Their pleasant beautiful smiles and their ROUND BRUSH techniques will only leave you looking FLAWLESS with extremely bouncy beautiful hair!!!
This Salon has been added to my weekly beauty destinations!!!

Abigail is GREAT. She is sweet, professional, and skilled in her craft! The blowouts are excellent and I recently got color that was perfectly done. Abigail knows what she is doing! She is a great stylist. I am a strict believer in Unilocal and giving reviews. I wouldn’t make these statements unless I could stand by them 100%. Trust me, this is a great salon!

This was my first blow out and flat iron on my natural hair since I’ve big chop. Abigail was very good. She wsshed it, deep condition, and detangled my hair all within an hour.
I was scared at first, but when i noticed that she handled my hair with ease and care, I relaxed and trusted her.
Abigail speskes very little English, but her translater was there to help answer any and all questions, and again, I was comfortable.
My hair, was beautiful when she was done, and I will be going back to her when ever I want a blow out

I’ve gone to Abigail twice now after experiencing disturbing wait times elsewhere. I had a relaxer done the first time and a wash and blow-​out the second. She did a great job both times..
I most appreciated her respecting me and my time by not overbooking. She was available and ready to do my hair at the time I set my appointment for.
The pricing is more than what I’m used to paying in other states, however, this seems to be the case in every Dominican hair salon I’ve been to in Texas. This trend can also be seen at the few places that serve Dominican food (or claim to). I don’t have a choice when I need chemical services or am looking for a blow-​out. I don’t have a choice when I want some mangu.
I can’t go to a salon that doesn’t know what to do with mixed race hair. That’s just the way it is. I’m not taking a star off for this as the pricing issue is not unique to her salon. I’m just sayin’.
As long as she continues doing business in a way that recognizes my time as valuable and does the job I expect from a Dominican hair stylist I will continue to bring my business to her.

This review is for Abigal/​Jesse. I did not appreciate her services at all. I told her I did not want a part with my sew in and she did one anyway. She also had my hair looking thin and I had to tell her to add more tracks as I came with 3 bundles and wanted them used. She only knows the very basic method of sew-​ins and is not a pro at all. She doesn’t even speak English so what do you expect. I also did not feel like I was appreciated and she couldn’t wait to take my money and get me out the door. I was not a difficult customer but I want to get what I am paying for which I did not and I had to go somewhere else to get my hair corrected by a REAL extension stylist.

Couldn’t find anything opened on a Sunday in the arlington area. New to texas. Drove over 40 mins to get here and it was worth it. Small place but Clean and the ladies are awesome. My hair came out great.

My hair is always so beautiful and healthy every time Evelyn touches it. She has done it all to my African american textured hair and its always so flawless. I love the Dominican blowouts she does. I’m never leaving her. Great customer service and she cares about your hair. I love this location and the hours! Jessie is an artist on weaves.
