Black iPhone 6plus cracked screen replacement costs: 160 $… A little too pricey since I know a place at cell phone repair place at GrapevineMills mall that charged me only for 130 $… Other than the price, the service was good & quick.

I heard great things about this place but my experience was quite different than what I heard. iPhone 6 screen was shattered, I was told it would be an hour to fix it. Left them with a contact number. Two hours passed, no call. I decided to return and they were still working on it. I waited a bit longer and then they were done after about 3 hours. The camera doesn’t work properly, there are two small stripes along the right side of the screen, and my phone no longer rings… which it did before I brought it in. My boyfriend had his repaired by them two weeks ago, and a couple of days later his phone fell onto the carpet and the screen broke.

I’ve fixed my screen here about four times on my iPhone 6 and it always comes out perfect. I’m very happy with the results. Nice cool guys. Nice environment. Highly recommend this place.

Super fast repairs! They price matched the apple store to repair the screen on my iphone 6 and fixed it within 30 minutes! I definitely will be back if i ever need phone repair services again.

I attempted to take my phone there to get repaired knowing their hours are 10 – 7. I waited until 10:25 and still no one was there when I ran out of patience. I suggest they change their Saturday hours to «whenever I feel like getting to work to 7». Prior to that I had taken my phone there and had my wife take her phone to get repaired and they did a decent job however since they wasted my time I will never go back there again.

With a family of 6 and numerous devices we use these guys constantly. They are fast, professional, honest and upfront about all charges. Very reasonably priced as well. They are super nice folks as well!

Wow I can’t say enough good things about this place! I shattered my screen yesterday and it no longer worked so before I paid money for a replacement I decided to try and see if someone could replace the screen and it my phone possibly work again. Ive broken my screen before but it still worked, this time it didn’t so I wasn’t sure it was fixable. I found this place on Unilocal and gave them a call. The guy was nice and gave me a quote over the phone so I went in today and he noticed I worked for Addison and gave me a great discount! My screen is brand new and working and I was in and out in 30 minutes! Wow best service ever. I definitely recommend these guys. Thanks so much!

Tried getting my UK phone unlocked here, they were open & honest about the fact they could not guarantee the success and were reluctant to do so for that reason. I later went to them when I smashed my iPhone 5 screen & got my phone fixed within the hour.
My husband called them today regarding his phone and they gave him some really sound advice.

I took my phone in for a new battery, but when I went to pick it up, they told me my battery was ok and my problems were caused by corrosion, which they cleaned — for no charge. They could have just stuck in a new battery and charged me and I would have been none the wiser.

About a week ago, I broke the screen of my iPhone 5S for the first time. After seeing the rave reviews on Unilocal,I went to Cell Phone Repair Guys of Addison on a Saturday afternoon.
Mo immediately greeted me when I walked in the door, quickly told me how much it would cost to repair the phone and for a new screen protector ($ 89.99) and told me I could pick the phone up in 30 minutes. Easy peasy!
When I came back to pick up the phone 30 minutes later, Mo had it all ready with the screen protector flawlessly applied. It looked like a brand new phone!
This process was simple, fast, and affordable. Mo was incredibly professional, friendly, and witty. He did a fantastic job replacing the iPhone screen and even included a 90-​day warranty. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and quality I received. Hopefully, I won’t be a «repeat offender», but if I am, I’ll be back for the repeat offender discount!

I’ve visited them for an iPhone screen replacement, as well as an iPad screen replacement, and both devices came back as good as new.

Went in today to get a price quote for my iPhone 5S. The place was a little hard to find. I walked in and it had couches where you could wait if your phone was being fixed and it had a little «reception» looking desk where you «check in». The place smelt nice and it had calming music in the back.
The owner, I believe, greeted me and I asked for a price quote, the price wasn’t bad, considering it is an iPhone 5S but my screen literally has 1 crack through my phone, so it wasn’t worth it (right now anyways). BUT he put on a screen protector for me at no charge! So that was really nice of him. When I hack up the money, I’ll definitely go back!

Mo the owner was extremely nice and fixed my phone rather quickly, I hands down recommend him to anyone to get their phones fixed here… my phone looks almost brand new (the trim is missed up when it fell) everything else looks amazing! Thanks Mo!

I shattered my iPhone 5S pretty darn bad. I showed up one hour before they were scheduled to close and he had it fixed in 30 minutes. Very reasonable price and my phone looks good as new!

Looked them up yesterday as I dropped my iphone in Garland and it cracked open! Called them and they said they could fix it right away. Went to their Garland location and was send to the Addison location
Noah was great from the first greeting and was very helpful. Took my phone in the back and popped it back in place in a min! Cell phones are so critical in our lives and for someone to help us with it, and be so accommodating about it — we are very grateful! I am so happy to have found them! You can lead a kid to an Otterbox, but you can’t make her use it…
I swear, I DO buy protective cases for my kids’ electronics, and even threaten life and limb for removing said protective cases, but at Daddy’s house, all bets are off – and, apparently, so are the cases.
And, I’m sure you know as well as I do (and now, so do my kids…): unprotected iPod touch + cement = bad. VERY bad. (And many tears.)
Of course there are plenty of cell phone repair places around, but I’ve heard horror stories about people being ripped off, or being without their phone/​ipod for weeks, so I was very hesitant to just pick the place that just happened to be closest to me, or who quoted the lowest price.
Thankfully, I mentioned my dilemma to a friend who had recently used Cell Phone Repair Guys, and she immediately picked up her phone to call them for me. Their quote was very reasonable, so I took our shattered iPod over the next day. They told me it could be two or three days, but then called me a few hours later to say I could come get it! Needless to say, my daughter was super happy to have her iPod fixed, and I was super-​happy to have my daughter happy again so quickly.
