I came in to sign up for TV and Internet(switching from Comcast), I was greeted by Raquel. She was knowledgable, friendly, and best of all not pushy. She also helped me out with a few issues that came up after I signed up. They had the wrong address when they came for the install so we had to push it back and I had already lost half a day of work. Raquel did everything in her power to make it right, including discounting the installation as well as $ 200 in credits. When I got my first bill they had not discounted the install. I called Raquel and she had it taken care of within the hour. She’s fantastic with follow up. It’s so nice to find GREAT customer service, especially in that industry & after dealing with Comcast’s awful customer service. I highly recommend asking for Raquel if you plan to visit the store. Also, as a side note I’m much happier with my AT&T services than I was with Comcast. My internet is much faster and the wireless receivers are amazing!

AT&T customers… this outlet near the Marcus Cinema takes very good care of anyone walking in their door. When I walked in they wouldn’t know if I was an AT&T customer or not but I was helped within a few minutes with a busy store. The service rep closest to me asked my problem(stolen phone), resolved the issue within a few minutes by «burning» my old sim card so I could keep my old phone number, then providing me with a loaner phone. I felt awful about going to another site to buy an iPhone but they don’t offer it.
