Addison Pain Management is a multi-​disciplinary treatment facility in North Dallas that focuses on locating the source of a patient’s pain before implementing a comprehensive treatment plan. Our practice combines traditional pain management (injections and prescription medications) with chiropractic treatment to provide pain relief through conventional, alternative, and natural therapies. The scope of treatment includes acute and chronic pain, covering most areas of the body including: spine, shoulders, hips, knees, hands, and feet. Through Dr. East and Dr. Knutson’s distinctively unique «pain mapping» model, Addison Pain Management offers progressive, co-​integrated treatment that works.

Established in 2002.

Dr. John East has owned and operated Addison Pain Management since 2002. With his partner Dr. Brandon Knutson, he has developed a collaborative form of multidisciplinary treatment for conditions involving the spine and extremities that reduces treatment time and improve outcomes for pain patients.

John East, DO has owned and operated Addison Pain Management since 2002, and is Board Certified in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. He has special interest in the management of conditions involving the spine and extremities (shoulders, knees, hips, hands). He performs both diagnostic and therapeutic injections as well as conservative management.
