WOW! I have been to other body shops and nothing comes close to this. Heck when I pulled up I saw a customer crying and hugging the owner thanking him repeatedly for repairing their dream car from near totaled to like new. As for my Hyundai (not a dream car), I had an F150 slam into it and dent the back end, bumper, and Quarter Panel. When I got there, Jim handled everything, He even had the rental car ready when I walked in! (Hertz is onsite here!) When they did take my car apart they found more damage then estimated and ordered new parts for me. Jim handled all the insurance BS, I didn’t have to do anything! When I came back to pickup my car the owner Mike had let me know he found that I had a bad brake sensor on top of everything else and replaced it for me so that I could legally drive. I also was lucky enough to meet Mario, the other owner, who is the paint guru of the business (you should see his paint booth, its super hi tech!). He showed me everything he did and pointed out the LIFETIME warranty on all paint and body work. They even cleaned my car and filled up my tires! If you need to get body work completed that was quoted through an insurance claim, Call Jim, Mike, & Mario at Addison Auto Body. I didn’t have to pay a dime out of pocket. THE BEST BODY SHOP IN CHICAGOLAND!

If you need a body shop check this place out. It’s especially convenient if you have State Farm – I dropped the car off and they had a rental car waiting for me. Everyone was courteous and helpful and professional. I received regular updates via text (that I opted for – you don’t have to) and the car looks as good as new. I was hit on the driver’s side and needed 2 new doors and paint. The job was done on time – even a couple days ahead of initial estimates. Great job guys and thanks for making an unpleasant event (car accident) a lot less painful.

After having Gerber collision and glass 3 appointments and then on the 4^th tell me that they couldn’t replace my windshield because there was some surface rust I was absolutely beside myself. I searched for a place on Google and found Addison auto body and glass. I called them on a Wednesday while out of town and Mike immediately offered to take the job, even after I mentioned the rust to him. I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler on a Friday (only because I was out of town otherwise I could have dropped it off sooner) and had it it back Saturday (there was some extra work that needed to be done with the rust). I’m very happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend this shop to everyone’s

Dropped off my auto for repair, they did the work quickly and updated me by text messages of the progress. Getting a rental car was easy, and when I picked up the car, it looked BRAND NEW! I am not exaggerating, the inside was so clean, you could eat off the floor. It did not look that good even when I paid for it to be detailed inside and out a few months ago! They fixed some dents and scratches not related to the accident for free, and also fixed a dent in the undercarriage gratis. I have had various autos repaired over the years, and never been unhappy with the results, but this place is outstanding. I will never go anywhere else!!!

THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY WORTH YOUR TIME & MONEY!!! First thing I did when I bought my brand new Jeep SRT8, was take it to addison auto body. This place does outstanding work while maintaining an efficient time frame.
I spent a significant amount on my new jeep, so picking a body shop required some serious research. After looking up these guys and seeing pages of great reviews on multiple sites, I gave them a shot to give me an estimate on the custom work I wanted done. Not only did they beat another company by $ 2000, got my jeep back in the timeframe they provided me, but the end result was beyond satisfying. During the whole process I was in communication with all three guys at some point or another. The guys kept me informed with the status of my vehicle, which helped me displace any insecurities I could have had trusting a new body shop.
After this experience, I knew I would stick with them for any future work I needed done. It just so happens I am a magnet for terrible drivers. I have now been in there 7 times throughout the course of a year. Each time, they make the process accommodating. Im never in there waiting to long, or getting BS answers with high prices. These guys get to the point and make sure you not only understand what you need, but what you’re paying for.
Unfortunately people today are not as honest within business as they used to be, especially within the auto body business. The guys at addison auto body have the experience and loyalty to fix any issues you have, with ZERO worries whatsoever.
Mario, Mike, and Jim and three guys that know how to run a business. I own my own business and currently live in the city. I have very little free time, but no matter the situation, these guys always take care of me in an efficient and accurate time frame. Whether it be an estimate, car repair, or even some custom work, this shop gets it done, and always does a wonderful job.

We have a leased VW Golf and it had a small dent but big enought so VW dellar would charge us a lot for fixing it.
We asked a friend that has a auto service to repair it but he was skeptic that he won’t be able to fix it in a 100%.
We search for the local auto body service and we choose Addison Auto Body and Glass Inc. because of the great reviews and close location.
They give us very good price and were able to fix the dent in 100% for less then 45min. The car was clened and we recived a coffee mug and car accessory which was such a great surprise.

I took my 2013 VW GTI here after I was rear-​ended in the city. I found this body shop on Unilocal and decided to work with them 1) after a negative initial experience with a different shop in the area and 2) after reading the many positive reviews attributed to the business. I am thoroughly pleased with the work they performed on my car. The paint and parts are both of high quality, and the owners were attentive and pleasant to deal with. They took initiative in working with the insurance adjuster when additional repairs were required. The work was performed in good time, I was kept up to date, and the car was returned to me like new and fully detailed.
The insurance company picked up the tab so I can’t speak to the cost of the work; however, I would recommend this body shop to anyone who wants a job done correctly and with satisfaction.

I took my Nissan Altima to this auto body shop because someone side swiped and dented the whole passenger side in a hit and run. They are part of my insurance company’s «select service» and I chose this location because of its close proximity to my house and the positive reviews it received on here.
I could not have been happier with my choice going to Addison Auto Body. At this place you deal directly with the owners which is nice because there’s no hassle with playing the he said/​she said game. The owners are very professional on top of being a pretty friendly guys!
The work took about a week and a half, and I was given a rental car to drive in the meantime. They also have a service that sends out texts letting me know about the progress and status of my car. The day my car was supposed to be ready I realized that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up because of a scheduling conflict so I called and Jim, one of the owners, and he told me that he would make sure the car was ready a day earlier than expected, which was pretty cool.
The best part of this whole experience was when I went to go pick up my car it looked better than it did when I first bought it. So not only was I happy with the amazing body work that they did, but I was absolutely thrilled with how clean and beautiful my car looked.
I would recommend this body shop to anyone, the owners are super personable and they do a wonderful job. I can definitely see now why they received such great reviews.
