This doctor’s office is THE WORST to try and communicate with. They do not answer their phone calls or messages. To speak with someone you have to demand to be put on hold until they can come to the phone, otherwise you will never get through.
They scheduled a referral appointment for me, but never sent over the papers to the new doctor. We (I or the nurses at the new doctors office) could not reach them on the phone, so someone had to physically go into their office and demand that it be sent.
I have been with this doctors office my whole life. They were pretty good at one point, but now they are completely useless
