Tom Echols (owner and manager of Too Cool heating and Air) has extensive experience in the HVAC industry. After years of working in the industry he decided to open his own service with a twist. He decided that he would approach servicing customers with not only professionalism but also with honesty. He has seen the business change over the last few years. Many technicians in the industry start up-selling home owners and commercial businesses for repairs that frankly were not needed. This is just a way to pad their own pockets.
Tom, as a Father of 8 kids, wants to teach his kids values. Being an ethical business person is key for teaching his children the difference between right and wrong. On the customer side you will know after the first service call that you have found a heating and air-conditioning service that you can depend on!
