I wonder if Unilocal will remove this review like they did my last one. I was a patient of Dr. Andrews from 1984 until she retired. This was a great practice… ruined by selling out to Emory.

I’ve been seeing this doctor since I was a child. My doctor(Deb Godwin) is great, but ever since they were bought out by Emory the staff has gone down the toilet. I have been trying for over a week to get them to authorize my prescription for my insurance. Each time I have called the receptionist either transfers me directly to voicemail or tells me I will have to wait 24 – 48 hours for the service to be completed. 24 – 48 hours has turned into 7 days and counting. It is beyond infuriating that I am continuously ignored and that there is literally nothing I can do or no one I can talk to about this issue.

We’ve been coming to Emory for almost ten years … even when they were Kennesaw Family Physicians! Their doctors have taken such great care of me and my family. The office and physician rooms are state of the art and immaculate. It is conveniently located next to a pharmacy and a diagnostics office. The front office is friendly and they cannot do enough for their customers. The nurses are caring and sensitive. This practice gets the highest review from us. In fact, our last two visits required us to travel from our home in Texas and to fly in from Las Vegas. We did so gladly. We trust no one else!

I actually had a really good experience here. For one thing they offer services on Saturday for a limited amount of hours which was really helpful. I’ve used two separate doctors here and they’ve both took time to listen to me and the people at the front counter were very helpful too. On both occasions that I’ve come here I made the appointment ahead of time and I did not have to wait at all. I drive a little out of the way now just to make sure I can go to this particular office.

Absolutely terrible customer service and are very rude on the phone. Wouldn’t wait two seconds for me to get my insurance card. Obviously too busy to make customer service a top priority. My family will be moving to a different practice.
