This store has the friendliest staff. Keith was super helpful and patient, they offered everyone waiting waters. Great store!!!

5 min after close store still full of people 3 employees looked at me, refused to acknowledge I was there and ignored me. All I needed was a simm card they didn’t have to be so rude. Come out and say I can’t help you but at least pretend like you care. I have 7 lines with ATT thinking I need to go see Sprint

Store was considerably busy yet very efficient. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Camilia(hope I spelled it right girl!). She checked me in and since I only needed the simple task of adding insurance to my new phone, she helped me out herself. Store is well organized with approachable employees. Atmosphere lends itself to being relaxing with their nice choices in music. This will definitely be my go to AT&T location.

Spent the past week on the phone with AT&T and in the Ansley Mall store where I got my iPhone and nobody had a clue how to help me with the trade in. Came to this store and Nate got me what I needed! Thanks guys!

Went in to get an upgrade for a sim. Waited for a few minutes without a single acknowledgement or welcome. So, I left. Worst staff I have ever seen. Will take a lot for me to go back here. Update. They are getting better. Phone availability is driving me back.

Not impressed with the used car tactics they use to try to explain why for a phone that is 199.99 is 25.00 a month and if you want to pay it off in 3 months it’s 567.00. Smh uh, What?

I am convinced that Sprint has an evil plan to piss off their customers one at at time. So when I realized that my contract was over, and I could switch to the almighty Iphone… I did just that. And I did it IMMEDIATELY. I went to this store to get everything set up. After visiting this place 3 – 4 times for various issues, I realized these are some of the friendliest most helpful mofo’s ever. Today I went for a simple issue. I didnt have my charger, and my phone was dead. so I needed to charge it. I was greeted with a friendly greeting, and immediately helped. While my phone charged, I brought in my laptop to do some work. I was interrupted 2x… one time an associate made a quick joke about the Yankees cap that I was wearing… the other time one of the employees suggested that I turn off my blue tooth on my mac so all my information was not available… Helpful/kind/funny.for no reason at all. Although the service with AT&T sucks, the employees are incredible, and never give me any grief. Keep up the good work.
