Talk about a awesome dog rescue, 70 Basset hounds that run free during the day, many have special needs, they all get the best food and care you can give a dog, I have been to a lot of rescues and there are non better than this one, got a couple of dollars to spare send it to them, they always need help ith donations, they are open most weekends for visits and adoptions

It’s a great place until you drop off a dog then it seems like no one wants to talk to you anymore. I was told that I could get updates on a regular basis and pics also. Seems like when I ask questions they get annoyed.

Daphneyland is a wonderful facility. Dawn and the rest of her crew are extremely knowledgeable, and love what they do. They do not skimp on providing quality care and love to all of the hounds. My husband and I adopted Andrew in April, and it feels awesome knowing that we rescued him. Thank you, Daphneyland!!!

Daphneyland is the Basset Hound Rescue and Rehabilitation Ranch. A non profit organization, Daphneyland exists for basset hounds, and lovers of basset hounds to work on rehabilitating homeless and unwanted bassets and finding them adoptive families. Open to the public on Saturday & Sundays from 11 — 5, a world of long eared floppy hounds await you! Volunteers, Education, Adoption and Assistance for those basset hound lovers. Since 2002, Daphneyland remains the only rehabilitation and socialization center for basset hounds in the country. Film credits include work with Cesar Milan, Victoria Stillwell, Tia Torres and Villalobos.
