As a younger me, I drove by this place countless times, not knowing anything about the wine business or that Lodi area produces it. THe by product of those wine activities of course are wine vinegars. KWV makes They have a multitude of wines they use, enacting very traditional French fermentation/aging techniques for the process. Balasamic, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, champagne are all good choices but Im partial to the sherry ones.
