OK I’ve been here three times now. I had a breakfast sandwich the last time it was pretty good just overstuffed. Today I ordered a chicken salad sub and asked for bacon on it and crispy french fries and a soda. My total came to $ 15. What upsets me is that the sub was small and had very little chicken salad on it. I told the lady who I’m pretty sure is part owner and there was no response other then he had to put bacon on it. Well I paid for the bacon so do I have to sacrifice the chickens out as well? It all tasted good but I hate leaving a restaurant feeling ripped off.

«That was fantastic.» The words of my sixteen year old and his pal sum up the breakfast we just had here. Cheerful young servers, truly fantastic food(the breakfast potatoes were heavenly, the omelette a divine, the pancakes fluffy and light) and homey décor make this place simply awesome. :)

Excellent service and great brunch/diner type food. Better to eat here than a crappy buffet at AC. wonderful staff.

this place is actually pretty expensive, very good food, but not quite worth the amount you pay.

An old-fashioned breakfast diner with standard fare, fair prices, and friendly service. If you’re into meat and potatoes, you can find that. If you’re into healthier choices, you can get that, too. I found that the fresh fruit bowl was better than what you’d find in 99% of other similar places. If you’re looking for a quality, hearty breakfast at a fair price, give this place a shot.

The service is painfully slow! Thefood was decent but the cost was too high for a simple breakfast in cramped quarters. I will pass it by next time.

Loved this place on the way home for breakfast from Atlantic City. French toast, crisp bacon, delicious corn muffin, tasty oatmeal, thus cozy place with friendly service was great. The country tables didn’t quite have enough room for our legs to get fully under, but it didn’t deter us or affect our great meal. Stop in here. You’ll love it!

Stopped in on our way back from Atlantic City. Really cute place… very cozy… with very friendly service and good food. The grits were delicious, as were the pancakes. I would love to have a place just like this in the city actually, but I suppose that if places like this one were everywhere, we wouldn’t appreciate them as much.

The food is quite good. My problem lies in the non-disclosure. I ordered a ‘plain’ bowl of oatmeal, due to a severe milk allergy. What I got, though delicious, was made with heavy cream. What I in turn got was VERY sick. Considering the prevalence of milk and food allergies, some menu disclosure is in order. Otherwise, this is a neat place to do breakfast or brunch. Although I would love to go back, many questions will be asked before I eat another bite here.

The ideal roadside diner. Very homey feel. Friendly staff(waitress Jean was awesome!) and intimate, laid-back atmosphere. Got breakfast for lunch, and it was delicious. Nothing fancy, but everything perfect. The basics done right!

Great place near the seaview golf resort. Had a breakfast there with my friends and we are looking for an excuse to come back. Child friendly — we saw a lot of families there.

I would give this place a 5 star, but I’ve only been once and the table situation really annoyed me. Other than that, the food was excellent! I’ve been driving by this place for years, but I never took a minute to stop in for food. Thank goodness I did. The breakfast was fantastic. Super cheap. Everything was cooked perfectly. The pancakes were light and fluffy, just delicious. Perfectly cooked bacon. The eggs came out as order. The food came out very quickly in general. My only gripe is that some of the tables in the restaurant are a bit. I get it that they are trying to get the whole country feel/vibe, but the legs of the table I sat in were too small to slide my chair and legs under. Some might say this place could use a makeover, but the food speaks for itself and the servers were friendly, so I’ll definitely be back.

Love this place. Stop here every chance we get when we’re in town. Being from NYC we don’t get to experience cute, little, authentic grandma’s kitchen types which is exactly what this is! Great food, cozy, warm and good coffee! Love this place. Bêlongs in a Nicholas Sparks love story. :)

Good place for an ok meal. I had ordered an omelet with home fries. The home fries were ok, not great but ok. Eggs were ok as well, not that great but service was nice. Extra star for cute décor though! I would go back maybe to try their lunch since breakfast wasn’t really not that much to brag about.

I think the quality of the food is very good and it’s an excellent place to grab breakfast. They have a wide variety of choices and the décor is nice. The parking can be a pain and there is a side lot that can be trouble because there are no lines. It’s a little out of the way for me to go here all the time but I do make the trip because it is fun and delicious.

Quaint, cozy breakfast & lunch place, very close to the Seaview golf resort and only 15 minutes outside of Atlantic City. The food is standard diner breakfast & lunch fare(burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, pancakes, omelettes, eggs & meat) plus store-made baked goods, all of very good quality. Service is prompt & friendly. Prices are reasonable. If you’re a local or a vacationer who just wants a good, satisfying breakfast, you’ll be very pleased.

Cute diner/deli. Tiny. Friendly staff. Pancakes and eggs were average. Sausage gravy with biscuits was good with a nice thyme-y, breakfast sausage-y taste. Biscuits could have been a bit fluffier or moister. Hash browns were out standing. Absolutely amazing, like they’d been cooked on a flat top that has been cooking out breakfasts for a hundred years. I’d go back for the hash browns alone.
